We were glad that someone showed up to assist us as the app was not working for the return. Thank you! We had put gas in beforehand so it was half full but apparently that was not enough so we were charged $4.50/gal for 5 gallons. That was my fault, however, since it states that in the contract. FYI.

Clifton HicksThe experience wasn’t easy at all! From picking up the U-Haul to dropping the U-Haul off everything was very difficult. Computers were down during the beginning of my reservation time and I wasn’t given to option to extend my time frame. Prior to leaving the only instructions I was given was to drop the keys off in the door slot. That was incredibly wrong. I had to drive all the way back to the drop off site and submit pictures of the mileage, gas level and the condition of the truck. After dropping off the keys I had no way of getting half of the information I needed to provide. I was instructed the truck had half a tank and to drop off with half a tank. Since the front desk lady wasn’t at the office even though her office hours stated she would be there I had to go through the return on my phone and was charged $14.22 for a fuel charge for not bringing it back “full” but I wasn’t instructed to bring it back full. The whole rental experience was very disappointing and I will not be renting from that site again.

Birtha WestMake sure that the return after hours is explained. I could not find the dropbox for the keys. Called Customer service and they could not reach the after hours number to inquire what I was supposed to do with the keys.
JOE SULLIVANCharged me an extra $20 for bringing the truck back 20 minutes late. The store was closed so I’m not sure why it mattered. I wouldn’t use this location again in the future.

Alexander KeyWe remote app returned our truck to this location on a Saturday. The location was not staffed when we returned it, so we used the UHaul app to make the return. The app would not allow us to drag the needle on the gas gauge picture to show the proper amount of gas with which we returned the truck. When we tried to drag the gas gauge needle in the app on the phone it kept bouncing backward which led to us being charged an $8.08 invalid fraudulent charge. We returned the UHaul 15' truck with more gas than it had when we picked it up in Willis, TX. This invalid charge needs to be immediately credited back to my credit card as every cent is necessary to me being a public school teacher who has just relocated. If you look at the truck's gas gauge records from Willis and then look at the picture of the gas gauge picture we just submitted at Burleson, you will see the truck was returned with more gas than we began with. That was our third truck to rent in our move, and we will still need another 1-2 trucks. Please refund the $8.08 overcharge immediately since it was charged in error. Check records to verify - app malfunction - not allowing us to drag gas gauge needle to the proper location on phone - each time we attempted to drag the needle picture to the correct spot, the app sent the needle bouncing backward.

They are never open to return rental equipment, even when they should be since it states they are open til 6 most days. The front office needs some sort of training because they can’t seem to understand extra charges made to my account when I downgraded to a smaller unit (which I should have paid less for), they never answer their phone, and they clearly don’t know how to run a business. I’m a general manager and understand a few minor issues here and there but this has been a nightmare since the day I signed an agreement with you guys. I will not be referring anyone to this location and will let them know to stay far and clear from this store when looking for a storage rental or rental equipment.

Finally got the truck and down the road I realized I didn't check to make sure their were blankets in the back. Pull over, no blankets in the back. Turned around, came back and guess what, no one is at the front desk again. Went searching around and found some myself. Gas wasn't all the way filled up because I had to put 10 gallons in it and I went 30 miles. Either the truck get 3 MPGs or it wasn't all the way full. When I got I bill it charged me for a hand truck and I didn't order that. Will have to call to get that charge removed. Terrible location.

david jollyI was there on time, the weather was rainy and cloudy and the app would not work properly. I got a lower priced truck ans went less miles, got it back on time but the lady there told me she coudl not process it that the person would have to do it in the morning ($25 FEE BUT IT WAS THERE ON TIME!!)., AND was over-charged the rental, was not compensated for the gas overage, so NO I will not recommend this location, they OVERCHARGE in fees that are NOT legitamate.

Edward wareLocation was 45 minutes from where I requested. I asked for mobile pick up. Someone changed my reservation without me knowing to a counter pickup so I had to wait for the location to open. Once I was given the keys I was then told they did not have any of the equipment (dollies) I had reserved. Extremely poor communication that inconvenienced and significantly delayed my move. If you did not have a truck on any equipment available for the date I requested, I should have been notified prior to 12 hours and the day of pickup so I could have made other arrangements. Multiple requests to speak to a manager were never forwarded. I will never use your company again and will make sure I let everyone else know how poor your business practices are and your extreme lack of caring and consideration for your customers.

Carol LivelyI called the location on Thursday to reserve the truck for Friday. When I got there Friday morning there was a sign on the door saying that the office was closed and reopen the next day. If I had been told that when I called I would have made other arrangements. As it was I had to go online to UHAUL.com to do the rental. Because of issues with my phone it took over an hour to complete the rental.
Bill PageI arrived at the site at 7 am to pick up the rental. Went online to do check in, but their internet kept going down. I spoke with 3 or 4 representatives to help me to get checked in. Finally the last rep advised me to download the app and try checking in through their app instead. After three hours I was finally able to check in at 10 am. The location office was closed for a company event for the day, so there was no possible way to get assistance from them when it was needed. For this reason I would not recommend this particular location. Even when you check in online there should be someone available in the office in the event of a problem.

No one has. They were closed when I dropped off the vehicle so I couldn’t speak to anyone there. Original gas charge was $48, they then charged me $60 after I disputed.

They said they would help me move to another unit. Was there anyone there on the day I told them I would be there??? Absolutely not. Was the storage unit more than 2 doors down like they originally told me? Yes. I ended up moving out and I deserve a prorated rate due to them making me move out. Do you think I received that? Nope. NEVER WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. I refuse to ever again. Worst customer service and they continually lie.
