The facility and staff were great and helpful all the time when needed. I have been a customer for several years. My biggest issue is the rise in rent year after year, even after going to a smaller unit to try and save.

While the facility was nice, the process to access the truck via the app was cumbersome. Once I arrived at the location, it took 45 minutes to get the app to accept all of my information in the app even though I had already submitted most it already online. I had to contact customer service. The delay eliminated an hour from my rental time

The office was large and clean, the person helping us was efficient and pleasant to work with. The truck was old but clean and the total facilities were as well. Great experience!

The floor of the cargo bed was covered in some kind of clear oily substance. We almost slipped and fell when we brought up the first load of boxes. We had to stop loading and mop the floor several times to clean up the oil.

I would recommend this location for its convenient location. The lady who helped me was very pleasant. This truck had dried mud on the driver’s side and it felt like it needed a tuneup and perhaps new shocks (struts). I was exhausted after 2 hour ride.

I really appreciated the facility letting me know my lock was not put one time and my unit was left unsecured. They have been helpful since the beginning.

If you have a choice in this area, please rent from this one. Mary Ann was very friendly, knowledgeable and makes customers feel welcomed here. She runs this rental place with perfection and ease. Not easy to do! She won't waste your time either. But has a good sense of humor as she gets things done!! Grounds and equipment was very clean and hats off to her and location! No improvement needed as we see it!

The only complaint I have is that the month after I moved in I had a rare increase. I voiced some concerns and issue and did not have another 1. However I just don’t feel like that was good business.

I rented a truck on the inside of the back walk in to the left it leaking bad of water the reason I rented the truck at 9am was to get a fridge and stove and other appliances I wasn't able to get them because the truck was leaking really bad I took video and picture was very unsatisfied I will not rent at this location ever and I will.. The lady working made me get dolly my self because she was on the phone I didn't use the dolly because I couldn't get the appliances I needed $7.00 Dec 26th 2024 Burleson location

I worked for an actual U-Haul location rather than a dealer like this when I was in high school and we would clean the whole floor of the truck with cleaner and a rag but this truck had hot Cheetos spread literally across the whole floor. Also the gas tank was just under a half tank when taken and I brought it back a little over the taken spot and they charged me $15 because it wasn’t on the half tank mark. Working for U-Haul I know you have these trucks running for a while on the lot while cleaning and maintenance’s which you’re supposed to adjust the gas level for that.

Turning in the truck was easy at the location, but it was very hard to unload the truck without a dolly and still meet the deadline.

The truck was in need of some serious issues. The front needs a alignment and possibly some parts The truck walks the road bad making it a danger to drive. And second of all the person working at this location was pretty rude when I dropped off the truck she didn't want to go out and check the truck in until I insisted she do so. She could say.anything about the truck after I leave and I would be held responsible. She got a tasty after i.told it has to be checked before I leave and the.back of truck had to swept out before we could put anything in it

Fix the exhaust leak near the transmission. And repair and align the front suspension. It road walks fairly bad. Other than that it was ok.

I had ordered a appliance dolly but did not received it when I picked up my truck. So I called uhaul to let them know that I had not got one with my truck. Was still charged 200 ex for that missing dolly. Had to call them an explain yet again then had to get a call from a manager to explain yet again. Now i have to wait 3-5 business days for my money. When all they had to do was put it in their system when i picked up the truck that the dolly was not with the truck. Not a happy person. This had happened before about a missing dolly put I was not charged extra that time.

Very small area for parking the trucks. The lot was full of other uhauls so it was a very tight fit and had to do multi point turns to even park.

Reserving the truck was easy online, and picking it up / returning were quick. The availability was changed to another time and location, however I was able to work with that and there were no other issues with the truck or the process.

I didn't realize there was a new way to check in. Thank goodness it was during business hours and I was able to get help at the front desk. It would have been helpful to let the customers know or have something on the website announcing there was a new system and explain how to do it.

Rental was a 10' truck for a round trip of approximately 480 miles. U-Haul offers a discount for one way, returning truck to a different location so was very disappointed that there was no type of discount offered for returning the truck to the same location. Although the daily rental was very reasonable, considering the mileage involved, this was a very expensive rental.

We were glad that someone showed up to assist us as the app was not working for the return. Thank you! We had put gas in beforehand so it was half full but apparently that was not enough so we were charged $4.50/gal for 5 gallons. That was my fault, however, since it states that in the contract. FYI.

The experience wasn’t easy at all! From picking up the U-Haul to dropping the U-Haul off everything was very difficult. Computers were down during the beginning of my reservation time and I wasn’t given to option to extend my time frame. Prior to leaving the only instructions I was given was to drop the keys off in the door slot. That was incredibly wrong. I had to drive all the way back to the drop off site and submit pictures of the mileage, gas level and the condition of the truck. After dropping off the keys I had no way of getting half of the information I needed to provide. I was instructed the truck had half a tank and to drop off with half a tank. Since the front desk lady wasn’t at the office even though her office hours stated she would be there I had to go through the return on my phone and was charged $14.22 for a fuel charge for not bringing it back “full” but I wasn’t instructed to bring it back full. The whole rental experience was very disappointing and I will not be renting from that site again.

Make sure that the return after hours is explained. I could not find the dropbox for the keys. Called Customer service and they could not reach the after hours number to inquire what I was supposed to do with the keys.

Will never work with this company EVER again. They made me move out of my storage unit because the business in front of it needed it. They said they would help me move to another unit. Was there anyone there on the day I told them I would be there??? Absolutely not. Was the storage unit more than 2 doors down like they originally told me? Yes. I ended up moving out and I deserve a prorated rate due to them making me move out. Do you think I received that? Nope. NEVER WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. I refuse to ever again. Worst customer service and they continually lie.

When I was done went to office to let someone know I was moved out and had sweep up no one was in the office doors locked so had to call and stop my auto payment over the phone. Hopefully that is done.
