Nathan WVery little assistance from the staff at this location and the app takes too long to complete the process. Staff couldn’t explain the insurance coverage. Might as well be self service. No dolly, blankets were already open. Seriously, if you have to do everything yourself then you shouldn’t pay a full service price.

JON LSee same as above. You should train your service representatives better and at least provide the customer the opportunity to have someone assist with the quotes since you folks seem to have a real issue with not having the right equipment available or an update on what is available.
Linda HWe used trucks from this facility twice and had good experiences both times; service provided both with Susan and then with Matt. It is especially convenient paying on the UHaul app. If we need truck rental again, we will be sure to come back to Storage King. Thanks much!
WBEIMAR ZWebsite said they were open from 1000-1400 on 12/31 specifically. Arrived at 1000, sign on the door said they would be back at 1215. Very inconvenient. Had to spend time on the phone with a rep to check it in. Clean and Inviting? Couldn't get in to see the place.

She doesn't know how to multi task, acted like she was "bothered" helping out, short tempered, needs assistance for the job. I'll definitely go somewhere else next time. Sorry. I like uhaul just not at this location.
MICHELE HComplete hassle to get the truck, the verification is a pain. Took a long time, had to do three different people because the picture was blurry. Ridiculous. And can was full of dirt on the floor, someone left a hat. It was obvious that no one looked at the rental prior to us renting it. There was no dolly. We thankfully didn’t need it but upsetting when we get asked about that.

William NThe truck was not well maintained. The headlights were not good and only lit up about 30' of the road ahead. The weather stripping was torn on the driver side and the door didn't close well. The dash of the truck had torn stickers needed to be cleaned up. I expected better for the total price I paid. The facility was great and the manager there was very helpful. I would return to the location but the truck I rented was disappointing.

Angela CI wish this location was open earlier- I'm all for convenience, but I was not a fan of the mobile pick-up. There were too many glitches with both the app and website. I think it would have been a lot quicker/simpler to do an in-store pickup.

Hunter AEquipment was clean, but while driving in heavy rain, the windshield wiper on the drivers side fell off. I had to pull over and re-attach the wiper blade. Headlight was also not fixed in place, moved with every bump and was pointed up into the trees
Trenton POur truck leaked on the passenger side wheel well area, also on the top same side. Nothing was ruined but boxes were wet & hard to move as the dampness made the box lose its integrity.

George EWhen I arrive, the person working left a message on the door they were out & when they would return. I was able to leave the key in the Dropbox. After following directions on how to leave everything, I did so and it went well. I’m glad they have an option when out of office.
