Very little assistance from the staff at this location and the app takes too long to complete the process. Staff couldn’t explain the insurance coverage. Might as well be self service. No dolly, blankets were already open. Seriously, if you have to do everything yourself then you shouldn’t pay a full service price.

JON LSee same as above. You should train your service representatives better and at least provide the customer the opportunity to have someone assist with the quotes since you folks seem to have a real issue with not having the right equipment available or an update on what is available.
Linda HWe used trucks from this facility twice and had good experiences both times; service provided both with Susan and then with Matt. It is especially convenient paying on the UHaul app. If we need truck rental again, we will be sure to come back to Storage King. Thanks much!
