Amber was great
Hunter AEquipment was clean, but while driving in heavy rain, the windshield wiper on the drivers side fell off. I had to pull over and re-attach the wiper blade. Headlight was also not fixed in place, moved with every bump and was pointed up into the trees
Trenton POur truck leaked on the passenger side wheel well area, also on the top same side. Nothing was ruined but boxes were wet & hard to move as the dampness made the box lose its integrity.

George EWhen I arrive, the person working left a message on the door they were out & when they would return. I was able to leave the key in the Dropbox. After following directions on how to leave everything, I did so and it went well. I’m glad they have an option when out of office.

Jesse WNeeded 20 feet. 20 foot truck is just under 17 feet. Was worthless to me. Was returned in less than an hour with less than ten miles. I did squeeze half a gallon of gas in it.
Hank MThe truck we rented had issues with the ramp, you could pull it out to set up but when it came time to put it back in we found that one of the supports, the left slide bracket had broken loose from a previous weld fix, I had to get underneath the truck and duct tape the bar up to get the ramp to fully retract, had to do this twice, the engine light came on and the fuel cap not tight light never went off, when we delivered it back the representative left in hurry saying she had to “get lunch” even though her store and shift closed and ended in an hour, overall very poor service and maintenance on the rental truck.

abrey WI was charged an extra $30 something dollars for drop off. I was told at the pick up site that I could return the truck at the return site of my choice. I don’t know if the charge was for drop off or mileage. Either way, this just increased my dissatisfaction.

Lois MThere was a great deal of confusion around the drop off date of my trailer. I was clear with who I spoke with on the phone when I made the reservation. I then spoke to a woman who called me and changed the rate from $330 to $160. I did not check the paperwork nor was it reviewed with me when I picked it up. I then received a call during my trip asking when I was dropping off. The date was changed and I was not aware. Very disappointing, including the additional fee I had to pay at dropoff.
