No space to park the truck during return

Anders AStorage king was the best. The girl that worked there was so nice and helpful. Chris that helped with getting us scheduled was great. The first guy Antonio was so mean and not helpful. He is a made me cry he was so mean to me. Told me to rent from another company since there were no trucks even though i had reserved one. But storage king had one. The is just not nice. Then i talked to a surperviser that really helped then me and got me in contact with Chris he is great and said yes there were trucks and really saved the day.

KIMBERLY MThe interior of the truck was dirty. Also the storage area had remains of previous use. The friendly and knowledgeable office staff made the rental simple and clear.
Armando EHi: The following issue was irritating: 1. The lock on the passenger door was missing the key hole part of the lock. So i had to lock the passenger door from the inside of the truck and UNlock it from the inside of the truck. 2. Re the$20 credit for returning the gas 1/4 tank full, the tank upon return was about 1/3 or more full. However, even though the U-haul receipt shows the$20 credit due me, i did not see the $20 credit in my bank account yet, and the full charge before the$20 credit was on my credit card instead of modifying it to give me the $20 credit. Please fix. Thank you. 3. When i was given the truck, it had less than the 1/8th of a tank that was supposedly in the truck. So i had to scramble to get gas coz it was almost empty after driving it only a few miles to get to the nearest gas station. U-haul should always at least add some gas IF the fuel tank upon returning a truck is too low. Other than the3 items above, the truck worked out pretty well. Jonathan sWheel bearings were cracked & worn to the point of being very dangerous. Repair person was shocked at how terribly worn they had become and was surprised we didn't experience an accident on the road.
James LParking can be very tight when the lot is full - the truck I rented was at the far end of the lot, between two other trucks, and the distance I had to pull out was very tight, with a small wall at the back that was difficult to judge with just the side mirrors. If a little more distance could be kept between the trucks, it would make the experience much easier.

juan pExcellent customer service. All the details of the rental were clear and concise. The vehicle ran great and a/c very cold. The gas mileage was economical, as long as you drove with the indicator in the green.

Tom Sthe vans and trucks need to be inspected by the facility. The van we had ready for us was filthy. We tried to clean it by at least sweeping and wiping out with wipes. We rented late and it was already dark. The center console pull out drawer is broken and falling out, the emergency brake release it sticking far out, the back door no longer closes right. But, mostly, the van was so dirty it was nearly unusable. the dirt was a dusting everywhere and all over the back. We all had eye problems and breathing problems.

TOAN HThe lady who helped us was very nice and friendly. She gave us a truck when it did smell like smoke and she was not aware of that so she switched it out to a different truck. So it all worked out and she was very helpful and accommodating. Great place.
LINDA LI informed the clerk at the storage unit that I did not click any box to purchase furniture blankets because I do not have furniture and they insisted I did I was forced to pay that amount. also, the clerk at the storage King USA location misinterpreted the amount of gas that I should have returned the vehicle at and I thought I did but they showed me that their markings on the form appear different than the actual odometer.

Emmanuel GI was given an online quote of 87$ total, more if the mileage went above my estimate. We went two miles above the estimate. I used 1/8 of gas and 37 miles total. We were given the truck with 1/4 of a tank in it. I also returned the truck 2.5 hours early. But ended up paying double the quote. They charged 30$ for gas on top of the 1+$/mile. All in all to use a 15ft moving truck for 3.5 hours driving 37 miles in total, really didn’t seem worth the 165$ I was charged in the end.

Mark KThere was urine in a bottle in the back of the van. The interior was dirty and not vacuumed. It was a bit disgusting. But the actual facility was very nice and helpful employees. The online checkout process is a joke and takes 4 times longer than just talking to an employee.
Chris SBy far the best place I have every gotten a U-haul truck. The ladies were superb in customer service. I was in and out in a timely manner. I believe this facility should train ALL other facilities in how it's done. Excellent.

DORELL TIf you fill things out on line in advance, the whole process is really easy and the price was very good. The Representative was friendly and professional and everything was fine with the vehicle except the windshield was a little dirty. It was the best deal I could find.
Eric JWhen we arrived at the location there was a note on the door stating they were closed on Sundays till further notice. They could of told us this the day we reserved the truck in the office! We just wanted to go in the office and have everything taken care of by an employee the day we picked up the truck! This was very frustrating! It would of been good business if an employee could of called us and told us everything had to be taken care of on the app! This delayed us by about one hour!
