My one problem with this location is the lack of cell service. Very difficult to do online check-out / check-in.

Zoe AI app does not work! It took me an hour to make my reservation because the app only asks one question at a time. Once I got throught the process I did get several confermation text. When I went to pick up my rental the person at the location could not find my reservation. When I showed them my confermaion on my phone they just laught and said that the "AI app is a Joke!". Luckly the had a Van they could rent me, but did not have a dolly, I was told that they were all reserved, that next time I should call them directly. I night droped the Van with the proper amout of fuel, moving pads, ect, but I have not recieved my close out invoice. I call the location directly and was told that the system was down. This whole process has been a disapointment and will try Ryder or another company even if it cost more,

Kathleen BThe back door sticks. It wasn’t a problem, but I had to figure out how to open the door, but I did get it to unstick finally after about 30 minutes.
