JASON JReserved the truck for 12 hours and I needed it for the full time but the employee told me that I had to return it by 10pm or I would get charged for an additional day. This turned my 12 hour reservation into an 8 hour reservation so I was unable to complete the job. The light in the back end of the truck did not work, the appliance dolly I rented was literally just thrown into the trunk and was bouncing all over so I had to pull over and secure it. There was a sticky residue on the drivers seat that transferred to my jeans for the remainder of the day. The location of the truck was literally the longest walk ever back to my car, from the front of the property to the back of the property. No other parking available. Employee very rude and I paid over $100 and was now unable to complete the task I rented the truck for to begin with because he changed my due back time.

Jeff KTrailer was nowhere near the dimensions advertised. Do NOT go off of the advertised dimensions, read the fine print for inside dimensions which are more than a foot less. Returned less than an hour after getting it because it was not big enough, still was charged.

Only thing I would appreciate or would recommend as an improvement, When I picked up the rental vehicle the fuel level was at or around 1/2 tank. My responsibility is to return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel. If the fuel tank is full it is much easier for me to meet that commitment (or be accurately billed for the difference). This is a minor issue that in no way detracts from this positive rental experience.
Alan WTire blew out in highway en route. Fender was already damaged prior to my rental as indicated by the stickers on the trailer. Only new damage was the light being taken out by the tire.
Maxwell MWas greeted by a woman who was not friendly. Was told to drive the trailer into the storage lot and disconnect and drop off myself. Not a great experience, and would drive out of my way in the future to use a different UHaul facility.
Mark AThe checking in process is very taxing and stressful, way too many steps! You should be able to verify yourself with driver license and a photo when you set up the rental. The lock box situation to get the key was not clear. When we got the truck finally and went to leave we had no idea how to make the gate open. Luckily someone there had just returned a truck and knew from prior experience. The initial check in was the worst! Returning wasn’t as bad but maybe I was prepared. It would have been faster to just go in the office at the location
Dan OMake the U Haul online website portal more reliable for the U Haul vendor. The corporate U Haul website went down and the rep had to manually have the charges approved for customers..

Geun SThe trailer handled well, despite appearing to have a million miles on it. Tires were a little warm, and the running lights didn’t work on one side, but otherwise the trailer did just as I had hoped, and will likely be back in a few weeks to rent again.

Richard RTruck was great. I couldn't get the radio to work, but didn't spend any time on it. We had to work through a problem with U-Haul point of sale system being down. I think Steven handled this problem in as good of a way as possible. Truck was fine, people were better. This in now my preferred U-Haul store.

Steven KI’m will never use you guys ever again. I understand you people don’t care about the people that you rent to and you guys don’t explain your service that you are giving or give any opinion. Here I am thinking I’m paying for around trip that someone from your side told me and that I was only paying $40 a day if I was to keep it an another day. So thank you U-Haul for taking my money and giving my family the figure . I paid you all $463.22 for two days because you all failed to let me know that I will also be paying $1.00 per mile that I wasn’t told about but yes I understand that it’s on my contract but let’s be real how many people look at it. Yes I didn’t look over because I needed to move my family out of one house with in two to three days because of the time frame we had but that you U-Haul for taking food from my family I will make sure to give a real bad review to warn people about U-Haul!!!!!!
