Ronald TNot the locations fault but the app/website to collect my truck wasted 45 minutes because of how slow it ran. I got to my location early on purpose to try to start moving, the truck was already at the location and was not being used. There needs to be improvements on the website when obtaining the truck.
Margaret GShe called to hurry my there .... well before my appointment time and when i got there the rental wasn't ready. Couldn't locate the keys and then also last minute cancelled my dolly reservation which put me in a predicament. Over all very unhappy. I use UHaul every time and will reconsider that next time
