The outside of the truck was filthy and parked in the back had to get the windshield washed just to drive down the road. Upon returning it the gentleman that was there at 8 o’clock was very rude. we didn’t realize we had to take the truck through the gate. We thought we had to get another code. We were very confused and he was unhelpful just yelling at us saying the coats on the key go through the gate and take the picture and she is now allowed to park here. It’s no parking we didn’t know you should’ve got that in your instructions very disrespectful and rude upon reserving it. The phone wraps were very helpful very informative as far as answering any questions about getting the vehicle, but nothing was really explained about returning it, but it was a relative difference between talking to this representative on the phone versus the gentleman that was still there when we dropped off the vehicle truck

Keith ATo check in with your phone, take so many pictures was a hassle! Didn't see the information on gas refill, and was charged way too much for a small amount of gas! The dolly did not have any tie on it, I didn't rent it because I have my own, I hope I don't get charged for that too!

Timothy CTreat customers with respect and when you dont put the rented items in the truck like you are supposed to dont make it sound like its the customers fault that you werent able to do your job. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on and will recommend to family and friends that they do the same

DANA FThe truck was in good working order but was not well cleaned. Of course it was snowy weather but there is no reason that the box area shouldn't be clean.
ROGER JFirst, I would say the first level of improvement would be help. I walked in a little unfamiliar with how to hook up the items and the dealer recommended that I just pull up a YouTube video to do so as well as I wasn’t able to connect on the lot, so it was very difficult moving it to another lot to get it connected. I also had to call a third-party to help assist with the connection since it was not met at the dealer itself.

MANINDER AOriginally had a confirmed reservation at Novi Rd facility but MY reserved trailer was returned to Belleville location. I hope U-Haul stuck it to that customer, but did nothing for this customers inconvenience and frustration!
PAUL TThey did not include the blankets or dolly I requested and needed, and didn’t warn me ahead of time. The gate was easy enough to use and truck was fine.

CORREY SParking on arrival is non-existent. No outward indicators of parking available inside for rental customers. Truck ride was very rough and jarring most of the time. And clean and well maintained should be two questions, not one. Clean but maintenance could be better.
