Super nice guy and facility was nice! He came outside and assessed the truck and asked about the damage and we were able to show him the 2 videos upon pick up and drop off with the time stamps on them so he knew the damage was done prior to us using the vehicle!Braisly P.

Rented truck in South Florida and car hauler to Texas City, Texas and contract shows dead empty and transporter showed 5:45 return on July 26th and truck showed 8 am return same day, called customer service and the young lady changed for me to return together since picked up together as a pair and that was awesome after the move my family and I went through to get here. Returned transporter 1 early and the truck on the day of return your Mr Fred called me and said can you bring the truck earlier that day it was going out the next morning and we were done and brought him truck earlier for him only a mile away, he said truck on right above emty and yes I said it's on my contract was DEAD EMPTY when I picked it up your getting it back just over empty and he said he never seen that and would have to call his dispatch, well 2 hours later get email of final invoice and he charged me for another day and fuel charges and the final bill was 95 and change, I have been ripped off from South Florida to my new home, if you can't have people who cannot read a simple contract and then screwing new people, then Mr Fred needs to find another line of work. I want my money back ASAP or will be filing fraud charges to bank which is on high alert for the account for the fraud that happened to us so far, I expect and answer ASAP, or filing charges and going to Mr Fred and give him a BIG piece of my mind, used Uhaul for over 30 years and first time to be screwed by a DUMASS. The U-Haul we reserved had dirt in the back where the storage goes. It also was dirty inside where the driver and passenger side is. The worker stated it was returned dirty and the other worker did not clean it. I didn't know the severity of it until I was doing a donation pickup. The dirt got on some of the donation boxes. I feel money should have been taken off the rental instead of being charged full price. If I would have returned it dirty, I would have been charged an additional fee.ASHLEY G.

Ac didn't work , very hot and humid 3 day rental , steering wheel off by at least 35 degrees , radio had blown out speakers, totally un able to listen to garbled noise. Rental place said truck had just returned from service so as a professional mechanic myself I would be asking some questions. Also drivers seat belt would just lockup and try to strangle you, had to quit using it and hope I didn't get a ticket. Would like to hear from management, it was a miserable 3 day rental for the money I paid.john F.

I would not recommend this location or u haul to my dog or anything that breaths.i am very traumatize with u haul and the way my property was stolen , broken , hidden, and non accessible and transferred without notification. I was threatened by the area rep Sierra Ford, who also was the one who took the truck without letting me know.. She hud the truck for days so we could not access it. She emptied the truck to conceal damage. She changed the contract so as to reflect we had no insurance which we did. I have had an emotional breakdown because of this. The mileage out was incorrect on the contract I received. The clerk was supposed to fix it but never did. It is just a 4 mile difference but thats an extra 4 miles I am being charged for and that's just not right. Mileage out was 150841 not 150837. I had to keep correcting the clerk in person as well, he kept repeating that he would change it to 150837 (that's what it already said in the system!) but it needed changed to 150841. I returned the vehicle in the condition i received it but with more gas than what I received it, if I can have integrity then so should the company. Also, the brakes make a loud sound anytime the break pedal is pressed and there's some sort of fluid at the base on the floor. It seems like it may need new breaks and Idk if it's power steering fluid or what but I would check for a leak.Guy S.

I was not happy because I had it set up for 8am and when I went to get the key it keep telling me that I had to go to the counter. Tried customer support and that is a joke. Was still on hold when the gentleman came in and he actually came up to my car and asked if I was there for the uhaul and told me to come on in even though he was 15 minutes early. Was not happy to have to wait 45 min. He also stated that it was set up for the box. Will not use uhaul again.Karla B.

Computers crashed throughout UHAUL and delayed me by 2 hours causing me to be late for car pickup and cost more money, had to pay twice by credit card and Once by cash, called An also complained to corporate uhaul, was charged more than necessary and had problems with the AT also!David F.

First I wanted a 12 ft truck. They did not have any. So I had to get more truck than I needed. I drove a total of 75 miles approx round trip. At .79 cents a mile the cost of the mileage is way too much money. Then the $29.99 rental fee, and gas to replace what I used. Which was $19.00 worth. I had the truck less than 8 hours. For what I paid I could have hired 2 movers and their truck thru groupon and not had to touch a box. So renting a 15 foot truck is not the best deal out there. And if you don't refill the gas tank to the exact amount it was when you rented it, they charge you $3.75/ gallon to refill it themselves. If you return your rental truck after hours and dont "check" it in online with your phone they add $20.00 more. Next time I will prepare better and go another route then rent like this. My final expense was almost $120.00.Francesca B.

The guy was very rude. He told my mom that it would be a $20 fee for him to hookup the trailer. It was still hooked up to another Uhaul Truck and told her at first that she would need to unhook it and hook it to our truck herself. I will never rent again if we have to pickup from this location.alisha W.

It appears that the location may have recently changed the business name; the name on the sign did not match the name on the confirmation email. There was some small amount of confusion in trying to find the location with GPS. Otherwise outstanding.Travis H.

Need more employees working. I came by the day before pickup to find no one there because the only employee had to go to lunch. He could have made my total experience even better if he had been there to give me some preliminary information that could have simplified and shortened my experience. No one explained the UHaul app and the importance of creating an account so I could return the rented trailer after hours.irma H.
