Great front desk staff, very helpful.
Michael LGuy did not get up even after I asked if we could do a walk around to verify everything was good. He charged me $11 for gas after I had just put $15 in gas in the vehicle. I ended up calling customer service when I left the store so there was proof the vehicle was returned. After she called him, I got the email with the $11 charge.
deidra lOffice closes at four which was not made clear. I was able to drop off with no one there.
John MTruck was dirty in the cargo area. Appliance dolly had sheetrock putty all over it. I didn't know the customer picking up the unit would have to clean it before and after use. I literally have dirt marks on a couple pieces of my furniture.
