I was treated fairly at all times and the facility was good to notify everyone when they had a gate issue. They gave us a work around while they were getting repairs completed.

Our business has used this facility for approximately ten years and have had no issues and highly recommend this facility for business and personal storage use. Facility is a little more expensive than others in the area but it is a top notch facility. 24 hour gated access, very well lit and security cameras everywhere. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I was told for 4 day buy over 7 different people that I could NOT let me drop off at that location and was first expected to drop off over 10 miles away in a town over, when this place is located less than 1/4 mile from where I moved. I tried for four days to get this drop off location. None of the first 6 people offered to help and they even changed the drop off to a store 2 towns over. I will never use uhaul again for anything!

Rented 2 covered spaces to store a 5th wheel RV. Turned out we didn't have to move our RV from campsite. Notified staff 3 days after signing rental agreement but still had to pay for full month.....only complaint i have

You can improve on your locations and your call center. I was suppose to have a truck at showtime car wash in priceville. When i get there I can't get in the truck, they had half the blankets in the truck and a regular hand truck instead of the appliance hand truck i had ordered. I tried calling them and texted them and got no response, then I called your 1800 number and was on hold for 1 hour and 45 minutes. I sat there for 2 hours trying to get the truck, while I was on hold we finally left and drove to the location on Modaus rd and she had me in a truck by the time your call center even answered the phone. If it wasn't for her I would NEVER use your company again Laur saved you a customer.

While this probably can’t be fixed, cellular data is limited at this location and I struggled to get through the pick-up process (I was booted and had to restart the process 3 times).

Your trucks should be driven before renting to know if there are any issues. We had the worst experience ever with your truck. Have been told you will not cover damages to our property that were caused by the condition of the truck. I will be contacting the better business bureau.

Only downfall was we were not told that if we returned the equipment to a different location (one closer to my home) that the fee was $12.00 rather than $10.00 as I expected. Not a really big deal but I like to know the fees before I rent. Also, the service was a bit slow (computer errors?), It took nearly 20 minutes for one rental. Other than that, the customer rep was helpful and pleasant.

Staff was poorly trained to handle the rental. The location for pickup was changed from U-Haul Moving and Storage 1802 6th Ave. Decatur AL. My box order was not transfered and Storage Plus West would not honor the order. They wanted me to travel across town and pick up the boxes. We askes for and talked to a "reagonal sales manager" who was not helpful. She could only offer a refund and I would have to purchase boxes at Storage Plus at a much higher price. Eventually, I did need new boxes and traveled U-Haul Moving and found them to be very helpful. Based on my experience, I would never recommend dealing with a location that WAS NOT company owned U-haul store. I was very dissatisfied with the sale person and the reagional manager at Storage Plus.

this was the second location i was sent to after the first location literally could not use his computer. there really needs to be a better screening process for your service providers, I drove an hour to a place then had to stand there for an hour just to be given wrong directions to the place I finally ended up getting the trailer from. and they had the trailer in the parking lot of the first place but said they couldn't do it over the phone, and then at the second place they did the whole thing over the phone! it was a huge waste of my time and ended up putting me on the road 4 HOURS LATER THAN SCHEDULE!
