You need to update your truck sizes. I have a Ram 4500. It is bigger can haul and tow more than a 3500. I have used uhaul twice in 2 years and can't use the website to make reservations do to my truck not being listed. I have to call and talk to a representative and they have No idea what my truck is or how big it is, because it is not listed. It is a big hassle trying to explain.nathan V.

The alternate contact verification process should happen at request rather than at check-out. It was silly to be standing in the freezing cold waiting for a representative to contact the people I listed (some of whom weren't awake at 10am on New Year's day). Additionally, I didn't receive a full contract (along with estimated costs, confirmed odometer values, rate for refueling, etc.) until AFTER I checked the equipment back in. I only received a generic service contract when I checked the equipment out, but the generic contract didn't have any of the important details that I needed to know at different points. A heads up about the low air pressure sensor would have also been good.Elizabeth M.
A little Irritating that gas tank was not full - it was at 5/16 and I had to fiddle at the gas station to return it to that approximate level. Are you hoping that customers will accidentally over-fill it? Truck was VERY clean, very impressive.DAVID S.

We had no problem with the WOODBURN location or the Boise location for that matter. The issue we have/had was the over all lack of cleanliness with the truck. So the inside of cab is in desperate need of a shop vac and wipe down!!! The cup holder is stick and gross so we didn't use it. When we opened the back cargo area - something had been spilled on the left side and was sticky and gross. So we had to sweep it out and remove the sticky spill that wasn't ours....the entire â€œtouch freeâ€ is losing the touch of ensuring cleanliness that is lost in pictures. Other than that, great experience- thanks!Thomas H.

Staff was rude and raised their voices, almost yelling at me as they were insisting I accepted the additional insurance coverage. I was charged the rental for for two days. May 15-May 17. I returned the truck on the 16th. They still applied even additional charges after the fact. I never received a copy of my original invoice. I'm frustrated at how this was handled and the staff was rude.Heather H.

My experience with the overall process of the 24/7 truck share, as well as the main corporate customer service, was great. My experience with the actual local location was sub par, and a little insulting. I called the pick-up location with a question and was answered condescendingly and was given very little help. Personally, I think the disrespectful tone and the utter lack of help or interest was due to the fact that I'm female, however it could just be because the person I spoke to was irritated at the nature of my question because he didn't know how the 24/7 truck share worked and didn't care to be involved. I ended up calling 1-800-go-u-haul and the person who answered was extremely pleasant and helpful.Leah R.
The owner of the lot is very rude and has badly damaged and dirty equipment. You can tell there is no maintenance done on anything on the lot. You should pull your uhauls out of this locationTrevor G.
The only thing I thought was weird was the owner running outside as we pulled up to say, we need to call them over the phone instead of coming inside the building because they would like to social distance. I understand they're concerns but that is something that should be stated beforehand. Nothing drives me crazier than being called "boss" or some other equivalent. I was met at the door with a long dissertation of why I could not go inside when there was a sign that explained the information in a concise manner, and without being talked down at. They could not figure out how to run my credit card over the phone, and after the fourth attempt, they just took my number down on a piece of paper. After I used the trailer for a couple of hours and returned it, I got an email the two days later with a bogus $10.00 cleaning fee. I want my $10.00 back from these thieves.Samuel R.

I'm very happy with every aspect of service at the pick up location. They had no cargo blankets at that location. Due to the covid-19 virus, hours of operations at other locations was an issue. I ended up in meridian Idaho, where I was able to obtain 5 blankets for the move. I was more than impressed with the trailer. My tow vehicle, an 11 year old Honda CR-V, got 24 miles per gallon from Boise Idaho to Spokane Washington, then on to Seattle Washington. I'm very impressed with how well the trailer pulled. Out of the way. Because of virus it was hands off delivery of trucks. They would not take them at entry, had to park trucks in back 40 and walk out to the front (approximately 50 yards). Not a happy camper. When we picked trucks up in twin falls they brought trucks up front for us and went over details. Thanks twin falls.Clifford S.

Instructions were not clearly given on how to â€˜drop off' the rental truck after we were finished. Employee who approached us gruffly stated that we couldn't park the truck where it was (but again we didn't know) and we were simply reading the instructions on the sign. Also the over the top Covid-19 precautions that were incorporated by this site were silly and insulting... it all just added to the frustration of our moving day.Joseph D.
