Not friendly and no washer fluid and BAD BAD WIPERS- we had to fill up fluid and buy new wiper blades before we could even use the truck

TOM S.I should have gone to the actual U-Haul location like I was going to, but chose this one as it seemed more convenient to where I was going to be. I called on the phone a few days before the reservation to review the process and the day of I came 30 minutes early to get things done but each time the lady (Pam I believe) either was really put out by my existence or was just not loving her life, but the customer service was not recommendable to anyone else. I won't be back to that location.
