Can’t really say for sure on the above because I dropped off after hours. Your survey does not include a “N/A” so had to check something. The app worked well for the after hour return. I also called the hotline to ask a question about the drop off the and individual there was helpful.

FRANCOIS HWe had an excellent experience at the Avon, Ohio U‑Haul location. Wendy was fantastic to work with. She was friendly, thorough, and incredibly helpful. She explained everything clearly and made the entire process smooth and stress‑free. We will absolutely return to this location for future rentals.
KELLY AI rented a truck at 3:30PM and came shortly after the gate was locked. I called the next morning at 10:30AM to alert them that the truck was parked in their adjoining parking lot and I will return the keys as soon as I get a ride. I was told no problem as he didn't get to the key return box. When I was able to get a ride, I got there at 12:10 there was a fat guy (the one that was on the phone) who told me I would have to pay for an extra day. Mind you, I only had the truck for less than 24 hours. The lady the day before was great and gave her an excellent review, but this guy is the worst employee that you can have. I will never go back even though it is the closest U-haul to me. When he is fired, let me know and I will remove this post (a copy of which I will be posting on all my social media accounts). RICHARD VCharged for 164 miles even though went 92 Miles. Started with 3/4 Tank and filled to full Not good customer service. Should Have a refund.
KENNETH Rwent was great but u-haul service was horrible. had a winter storm and was unable to drive on the roads to yak back the trailer. They would not work with me and charged me another day.

JAYNE KHave more staff to reduce the wait times. Don't leave your customers standing in 90 degree heat with 90% humidity while checking the truck back in. At least unlock the office so the customer can sit in air-conditioning while the staff sits in the truck with their air-conditioning running taking their time filling out the return information.

George HI was there for a 215 pick up. My truck was not there. It was rented to someone else who didn’t show till after 230. I had paid movers waiting at my location in which delayed my whole moving process and cost me more. The back up truck in case the person didn’t show was on E and never checked in. So if I didn’t wait until the other renter got there. I would have had no truck at all. This is very unprofessional!

DAVID DThe location did not have internet access. The Agent worked very hard to over come that problem. That should never be an issue in normal conditions. It was a beautiful Saturday. The Agent did very well to overcome the frustration.
