My cargo van pickup was for 2:15 pm. I arrived early to self storage office early (1:55 pm)to fill out paperwork. Sign on office said will return 2:40 pm. I called U-Haul service team and informed to go thru mobile app and would get code to open lock box. I went thru mobile app but at end said needed to wait until office people return. It was a very hot day that waited 45 minutes for people to return to open office. Only comment office person said was sorry but in a last minute meeting. I know this pickup location is a third party place and not U-haul employees. It is still a reflection on your business. All other aspects of rental was very positive but that part soured me on rental. Especially the attitude of employee thinking no big deal for you to wait outside in the heat for 45 minutes.
