Wendy went above and beyond for me. When I pulled into the lot I tried to use the app to secure my 26 foot Uhaul I had requested. The app asked me to call an 800 number. I called and the associate said that the drop off had not been completed. At this time we saw Wendy go into the office, while I was in the phone my friend went to talk to her. Wendy had the keys so she said the truck had to be somewhere. She went to look for it and found it for us. She apologized for the truck being smelly and slightly damaged. But we were so appreciative of her efforts to get us our Uhaul. Thankfully it all worked out 😀. Thank you Wendy ❤️

CHRISTOPHER JThe only problem was finding our rental on the lot. All trucks were in the front except for ours, and it was a stressful 15 minutes trying to get in touch as the office was closed. We finally got through on the phone after trying chat unsuccessfully. Sunday was very helpful in communicating, but it was still a tough find with her help. Then there were no instructions nor code to get the keys, so that took an additional 10 minutes to call back and get through. We then got to the lockbox, where on the key was a note saying the truck was parked in the back corner of the lot, past all of the storage units kit would have been helpful to know that when we arrived!
