I was there for a 215 pick up. My truck was not there. It was rented to someone else who didn’t show till after 230. I had paid movers waiting at my location in which delayed my whole moving process and cost me more. The back up truck in case the person didn’t show was on E and never checked in. So if I didn’t wait until the other renter got there. I would have had no truck at all. This is very unprofessional!
