CRYSTAL WABS light was on, the brakes were squeaky and lots of air… they are about to give out.. location and staff were great but I was very nervous driving the vehicle because the brakes are about to go out

Yancess HMy only concern was that when I had hooked up the trailer, it wasn’t until I turned my hazards on to check the lights that I found out my trailer didn’t have a working right side taillight. I kindly requested a different trailer and the ladies at the counter very politely gave me a new one.

Daveeda AMy initial reservation was a disaster at Hot Rodz in Hinesville. I arrived for my pick up at 1200, no one is there, so I call multiple times no answer. Then I get a text saying they'll be there in 1.5 hours. From there I'm trying to figure out where else I can get a truck, I can't be wasting 1.5 hours. No other store had the size I needed and originally reserved (20 footer) so I had to rent a smaller truck and was unable to take everything. Moving is already stressful. Did not need this problem and delay. -- storage sense in the other hand was very helpful and attentive

angelia pThis U-Haul location at Storage Sense is a rip off and the customer service sucks! The person who assisted in the rental was a smart ass and her replied to answers were very indirect and her response was very arrogant and short. I returned a rental back and parked it in an area that it was not suppose to go but the bitch never stated that it could not be parked in that location. So yes, I’m pissed about the lack of instructions not given to the customer and the charge placed because of not being aware. And I didn’t want to hear her smart ass comments or catty response that the van should have been parked with all the other U-Haul trucks. This was my first time ever renting from U-Haul in Hinesville but I will never rent from this location or any other location in Hinesville ever again. I am also going to bring this topic to Fort Stewart and find out about the location not being utilized as a whole by Soldiers in the future.

JONATHAN WMy Truck was very Dirty and had white stuff on the seats, and it was not clean in the cab are the box had a lot of Sand and trash in there.
ASHLEY MI dropped the truck off after hours and the key drop box in the lot was broken and hanging from a pole. I returned the next day to drop off the key and was informed the drop off box was in a completely different location from where the trucks are. It should be easier to know where the drop boxes are to prevent multiple trips. I would not recommend this location for after hours drop offs unless there was better instruction and signage.
Brandy FThe lady that helped us did not hitch up trailer the right way. The trailer came off the hitch , if it had not been attached with the chains it would have gone into traffic and caused an accident .

Danielle JTo improve for the next customer you can have the vehicle that they reserved ready and available for pickup. They had a vehicle there that they let us rent which had a small crack in the windshield; not complaining because that is all they had available. Another way to improve for the next customer is to have the information in the computer at the store that you entered in online when you checked the equipment in. When we got to the store we had to do the check in over again after doing it on line. The idea of check in online was to make the check in easier when you got to the store to pick the truck up.
cheryl wWorst customer service employee is in the back smoking wile customer waiting in front Knocking at the door and when she opens the door she gives you a rude answer like she hates her jobs. Obviously, she had the wrong job. You need somebody with great customer service I will never return to this location
Luis GThis rental location is the best in Hinesville Georgia. The service and equipment were perfect. In the future, I will only rent equipment/products from this location.
SAM DI had a great experience with the location itself and the workers. My only issue was the mobile check in did the most and wasn't so quick and easy as described. Next time I'll check out my equipment in store instead of doing it from my mobile device.

Gerrick DGive a fuck when it rain a person can’t move in the rain. Don’t make sense to charge them and they can’t control Mother Nature
Curtisa JThe site was not the issue, the fact that I had to past four U-Haul locations to get to this location is the issue. How is it that instead of accomodating the clients and moving the units to closer locations, you send clients 20 to 30 miles away passing multiple rental locations? U-Haul you need to do better
