I selected one drop off location and somehow that was changed without notice. When I picked up the truck, I received no paperwork or notice of any changes die to "the system being down" . Dropped the truck off and ended up paying an additional $120 for all of these mistakes. I'm very unhappy to pay over $300 to use a truck for a couple of hours.
