The communication could improve. I got a call on Tuesday asking to change pickup locations. No biggie but was told I’d get a call from the new location to arrange it. I was never called. Fortunately I called back the original number that called. My original reservation was to pick up at 5:30. They confirmed my reservation but said the place closes at 5. It was 4:30 at the time. I hassled and made it with 10 minutes to spare. Had I been called I could have made arrangements that weren’t so close to missing closing time. Other than that, the experience was very good.

The cab and the cargo area were not thoroughly cleaned. They weren't terrible. But it was apparent that they hadn't been swept or cleaned. Also, the plastic seal on the hand truck was broken when I got the truck. I don't think you have charged me for it, but I wanted to flag that. I did not use it.
