Well, for some reason, the drop-off location was changed, and I wasn't notified with a message specifically alerting me to that. A U-Haul rep actually called me to find out where the truck was. She brought up all the information and said she saw the mix-up on your end. But then I was charged an extra day. However, I was able to get reimbursed without delay by a very kind U-Haul rep. via your 800 number. In the future, a specific notification alerting that the drop-off location had changed would be an improvement for the next customer. A phone call would even be better.
