I never received my final receipt until today 12/11 You have charged me a late fee of $30 when I never signed the receive of approval for the $48.95. Worst costumer service ever. I will never rent from U HAUL again. I demand a full refund

I spoke with the person on site on Wednesday and told them that since they were closed on Sunday I would be over Saturday to get specific information on how to use the lock box. When I arrived at 2:45 it was closed and no one answers the phone number on the door. I arrive to pick up the truck at 9:30 Sunday and couldn’t find any way to get information on how to use the lock box. Thankfully my son arrived to help me three of us were on the phone trying to reach someone to help we’re on hold by phone for 35 minutes . My son thankfully found a gentleman who was very kind and walked him through the steps necessary. So now I am not satisfied or happy with my experience !

Great experience working with Uhaul on Houchin Street. We stopped by the located and reserved our Uhaul and then picked it on a couple days later. The Uhaul was very clean and in good condition. Ken was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this location... Again, a great experience.

I was confused on how to use the app. When I arrived I was never check in on the app it took me a long time to be able to retrieve the keys. Also the night before I was told my truck would be ready at 9:30 not 9 between that and the amount of time to check in I lost an hour in the morning

The office was closed during their stated business hours and the sign on the door provided a phone number to call. The clerk emerged from an apartment above the office 15 minutes later. I clearly woke him up, gee, sorry to disturb. U-Haul is clearly an amateur operation. I had not used U-Haul before, I won’t use them again.

I physically reserved a van at this location the previous Friday The van was not there-no notification or comminication the manager said that my reservation must have been moved However I assume he screwed it up when he too the reservation I had to take a step truck which was very difficult for us to load and get uo into.

Avi failed or too lazy to log correct milleage on receipt after taking me to truck. Suggested i text him photo of before mileage and he would correct. He only gave me land line thus no text. He refused my calls to correct and said he was sending email with corrected amount. No commu ication and I was charged higher amount. I am reversing credit card charge.

This was beyond a challenging experience and the manager of the location was extremely rude. I received a follow up call from another manager in the area, but he could if cared less about my experience and just was worried where the key was. I am very upset because first he sends me to pick up the van to another place and they tell me that he is not there he sends me 16 minutes from that place to look for it and now they charge me too much first $ 70 and today they discount me from my tarheta $ 30 more I want know why I have been charged $ 100 it seems too much pleased explain to me because they have charged me too much

I was trying to compare the option of a one way rental and a round trip rental with the customer representative at the pickup location because I wanted to charges to be as economical as possible. The representative told me that a round trip rental would be about the same as a one way (following in another car to return home.) That was completely false. It cost WAY more for a round trip rental. I was quoted a $323 estimated charges, but was shocked to receive a final bill of $533. Uhaul needs to improve their upfront transparency and improve how representatives estimate charges so that customers can make more informed decisions. I fought some of the unexpected charges and had multiple emails with Mark Soyk. His responses were extremely brief and curt. I would expect that a customer service representative for nationwide company would first identify themselves (his emails had no professional signature or title). Secondly that they would address formal complaints in a professional manner and reassure customers that their complaints are being considered. Though he did adjust the inaccurate charges (I was charged for a dolly I never got and charged for 3 days though I only had the truck for 2) he failed to validated my complaints in any way. This entire transaction ended up costing me considerably more than expected and it has left a very bad impression on us. The next time we need to rent a truck, I'm afraid it will not be with UHaul.

This is a joke, Uhaul said $19.95 plus miles and now charge a lot of different things!!!!!
