I returned the truck Sunday evening. There was a person there fir the storage facility who told us where to park but apparently was not familiar with the process for UHaul it did not want to be bothered. I told him I was supposed to dign in online-he said could be. I could not sign in but he could not provide assistance. I was very surprised that the truck was rented with the mirror being taped up instead of being repaired. It definitely created a safety issue. If I had not had a passenger to assist with checking fir lanes changed and backing up, I would not have been able to use the truck-Very DISAPPOINTING.

When we opened the truck we discovered that the truck had not been emptied. It was full of confidential papers that obviously should have been shredded. Another truck was 'delivered' to us but it set us back an 1.5 hour. There was hardly any apology and I would also have thought that staff would have reached out to us and offered some kind of financial compensation for the inconvenience. We will not be renting from this Uhaul location again.

Person was not on site , and then charged me for gas when I put more in than it had when I picked up the truck -

lack of communication with corporate company on my drop off and very slow. The gas was off by and 1/8 and told man in charge did nothing. When I drop off they charge me 21.00 when I fill half tank were it was when the three of us picked up...I WANT MY MONEY THEY CHARGE ME

Last person who used truck left ashes and cig butts in Ashtray couldn't figure out where smell was coming from opened ashtray figured it out should have bee cleaned before next rental and perhaps Fribreeze spray to kill odor

Not the same pick up location as reserved almost 3 weeks prior to pick up. A portion of the rental fee was refunded, but still an inconvenience.

I made a reservation at the beginning of the week for Saturday and received a confirmation. When I arrived to pickup the truck I was told they didn’t have a truck for me and that they overbooked. I hired a 2 men crew to help me moved and then I went 30 minuets (one way) away to pick up a bigger truck that used more fuel Bad experience, they should credit me for the inconvenience and I spent more money on the 2 men crew and gas. What should you do to improve: Don’t play with people’s time and money, bad business practice

This location would have let me take the uhaul without paying. I had to remind them that I had not paid yet. There was no review of the gas or damage to the vehicle. They had stuck damage stickers on the truck without me going over it with them. They neglected to put a stickers on the broken turn signal cover. I had to. They also had no furniture pads which I specifically asked for yet charged me $1 for furniture pads I never even got. The truck was filthy and not swept out.

The driver door had to be physically opened from the inside. Very annoying, however, I wasn't renting a Maserati. Process was very smooth. Aside from door, it was all functioning correctly

Everything with the experience was good except the dolly that I rented. The very first thing I went to load onto it I realized there wasn't any kind of ratchet to secure the furniture so we essentially had to tie the strap to the dolly. While tightening and trying to tie the strap it ripped very easily as if it were extremely worn out. I used my own piece of rope to make the dolly somewhat work. Left the rope in the truck just in case this happens to someone else.

Equipment was not ready for pick up on time. Property manager did not answer 24 contact number posted, regional manager listed in app did not answer number either, but did contact local property manager after hearing my message. Once I was able to receive the equipment, move went fine, Was told by regional manager I would receive a 50 dollar discount on rental, however this turned out to be false, I returned the truck early(after business hours) and was charged the full amount without promised rebate. I left a message again with the regional manager 262-627-9100; informing him via voicemail but did not get any response. In the future I will make every effort to no longer use Uhaul and recommend to anyone to do the same.

While overall I had a reasonably good experience and the representative was extremely nice, helpful and attentive in every respect, the location (through no fault of the rep who attended me who took over the site/operation just a month ago) lacks a bit of upgrading physically...it is about presentation. The rep has been hard at it in giving the place a bit of updating. The vehicle's steering was a bit unsteady/loose and should be addressed otherwise the vehicle was in good condition.
