Julian VYour after hours online check-out is a mess! I spent 45 minutes with a very nice customer service rep getting the process going to have the website error out and having to do the process all over again. Even your employees think that, although convenient, the online check-in process could be vastly improved.

BONITA OReceive the truck dirty and with 3/4 gasoline tank. I brought back with Full tank of gas and receive no credit. I spoke with Assistant Manager, and she said I should get credit but needed to contact U-Haul directly.

CARLOS DThe truck was not clean, and was missing the utility dolly that I requested. Also the gas level wasn’t what they said. I barely run 2 miles and had to stop to put gas. I trusted the truck was on the contract conditions and didn’t review before leave. I recommend to inspect the vehicle before leaving the facility.

Andrew SInside of the U-Haul was filthy, pieces of drywall, full of dirt, blankets were also dirty. Less than half a tank of gas for a one way move over 1,000 miles. Local drive from the facility to the apartment was fine but once we got on the highway the truck shook, was hard to steer, and could not drive over 65 miles an hour without shaking and almost to the point of no control on the highway, transmission issues. Calls to the facility were not answered. Disputed with credit card company and still no response from U-Haul or owner of Storage Sense in Orlando. Vehicle was immediately removed from service when we arrived at destination. If you're going to rent U-Haul's at least make sure they are safe for one way moves cross country. Irresponsible and unaccountable.

Joseph VDo not use this uhaul location. There was no furniture dolly when I had originally had one requested. THERE WAS NO NOTICE that it had been removed from my cart. If there was no notice I would have cancelled. Imagine waking up at 6:30 in the morning, arriving at uhaul, jumping through the hoops to unlock the truck, only to see that the dolly you NEEDED was not there. Now imagine you trying to move all your belongings with 1 other person in a span of 5 hours when it takes at least an hour to commute between locations. Thank god it was only 1 hour otherwise we would have been even more screwed. Due to this we had to cut our move short and thanks to uhaul we had to spend even more additional time afterwards moving our items. On top of that, now uhaul has the audacity to come and say we have to pay more fees afterwards? There was no apology from uhaul, there was no compensation, there was nothing. I had voiced my frustration and I was not originally seeking compensation I do not mind paying the stupid fee. However, after 2 weeks you are going to charge me an additional fee that is absolutely ridiculous. By the way, when I had contacted uhaul regarding the dolly they had hung up on me making me chase them to figure out a solution to which there was NONE.

Marcelo TThe staff were friendly but noticed cockroaches in the front cabin on both driver and passenger sides. Had to take extra time to ensure none got into our items. Also, did not have a large variety of vehicles but this is a small office compared to others so I understand. If they can maintain cleanliness of the vehicles I would recommend.
CHAD BJoshua (I think that was his name) was very friendly, kind, and professional. Got the rental experience off to a great start. Told me everything I needed to do because of after-hours return. Would rent from them again anytime I need to!
WILLIAM RI was not able to text in the photos of the rental drop off. This would have made the process much simpler. For some reason my data was low and sending an email complicated the process. I spent over an hour on the phone trying to resolve this issue. The customer service was accommodating for the circumstances which I appreciated.
