This was not my rental, your representative illegally used my account to rent a vehicle to another individual. Omar Ricardo is aware of the situation and has failed to follow up or have this issue resolved. My personal account with Uhaul has been compromised by the lack of integrity of your employee at the location and I have asked for assistance in removing it from my account and been denied. If there is any exposure of my personal information due to your negligence I will be holding Uhaul financially responsible to the full extent of the law.

Occasionally the manager or sales person was not available to answer the phone and I had to call about five different times, but then I was able to reach him. Because this is a one person dealer, it is best if the predominantly takes the office phone with them everywhere they go when they are on duty.
