My Share 24/7 was not activated when I arrived at 08:30 am. The office didn't open until 09:30 am. I contacted customer service and she explained I was set up for Share 24/7 but for some odd reason, it wasn't saved. The keys were in the lock box. Interesting enough, the office personnel opened up at 09:00 am and not 09:30 am as stated. Office personnel was very nice. She was the only positive review for me.KIMBERLY A.

We are having issues leaving the truck. The lock it came with will not lock in order for us to lock the truck. Wait time for U-Haul customer service is 10-15 minutes. Ridiculous. Will never go with U-Haul ever again. Too complicated.Jessica H.

When I picked the truck at the location immediately when I open the front door, the truck reeked of cigarette smoke. The previous driver was a heavy smoker. I'm extremely disappointed because I let the location aware and they couldn't help me out because they didn't have another truck for rent and after calling customer service the operator on the other end was extremely rude and made me feel Uhaul doesn't care to provide excellent customer service to their customers. So for sure in the future I won't be renting from Uhaul, unless you can make stricter rules about not smoking inside the trucks.Ricardo M.

The only unexpected problem I had was that I was told when I checked in that my card couldn't be used for payment because it's pre-paid debit card. I booked online and didn't get notified at that time. Luckily I was able to give a cash deposit and was able to leave my car while I moved. I didn't have help and I'm thankful for the kindness and service I received.Martha W.

This location did not have the appliance dolly that I requested, which was very inconvenient. But Alexis provided great customer service and the truck was in good condition. This location was the second one I had to go to yesterday because the one closer to me did not have the truck at the appointed time almost 3 hours earlier. Because of that, I had to load the truck at night, which I was not pleased about.kinwa L.

The truck we rented had no gas cap, we were not told that it was missing, so we drove back to the location to see if we could get the missing gas cap or switch out trucks. We were told "oh we know it's missing." My question is if the location knew it was missing, shouldn't they have mentioned that to the people renting it? Not to mention I was charged for the additional 4 miles I was over (even though the 4 miles was used going back to the rental place)JANNICE J.

Clerk was extremely pleasant and helpful. However, she was not adequately trained to use the P.O.S. for online rental reservations or equipment return. It took 15 minutes and off site phone guidance to complete the pick-up process and 20 minutes for the turn-in.Joseph M.

The truck was not there at 10am as it was supposed to be. We had to call and wake the person up to get the truck. We didn't actually get the truck until after 11am. The man there said he forgot.JAMES W.
After online reservation, it took over an hour for the associate to get me my truck, very frustrating. I ended up getting on the computer there with a manager on the other end of the phone as the associate there was a complete moron. Rented the truck @ 7pm and dropped it back off at 3am same night and this location was trying to charge me for 2 days. Manager ended up making things correct as they should have been initially so it all worked out. Would Never do business with this location again & very unhappy my reservation didnt go to the Florida Ave location as I worked with them before and it was a pleasure/closer to where I was.CHRIS C.
