I had to clean out my Son's home, due to bad circumstances..... It has been more than 5 yrs since I rented a unit from Storage Solutions of Hays. My Son had a vehicle to store, but at this time a unit which would accommodate all his belongings and the Vehicle wasn't available. So with this said John let me store the car outside covered until one came available. I live out of State so the Men moved the car and all of his belongings into a unit that was bigger. They did that for me without any questions. Sent pics of inside the new unit, to let me at ease. I would greatly recommend Storage Solutions to any and everyone. Thank You Sincerely C.Y.

MARK SBooked unit thru app- got contacted by a guy named John who wanted me to confirm that was what I wanted. I confirmed it. Then confirmed with him wouldn’t be actually at unit till the next day. Came at 10:30 am and the employee first asked me if I was sure I had rented a unit there. Confirmed I did. Then asked me if I spoke to John- confirmed I did and showed the text messages and the U-Haul app which shows my reserved unit. Got told he doesn’t know where the unit is and could I come back later in 15 minutes cause John should be back. I text John, no response. It’s been over 20 minutes- I’m still sitting out front ( not able to drive randomly around in a 20 ft moving truck) and I have yet to hear back from either the employee who left to walk around or from John. Very frustrating experience.

ANTHONY WThe truck was fine, but I was looking for an email yesterday to make a formal complaint that dolly is dangerous as a female.. I had to use WD-40 on the ratchet straps to get those off my tires. I had to physically cut a link off of the chain for the passenger tire because The employee. had it on there so tight it bent the frame. And then myself, nor my next-door neighbor could pull the pins out to be able to utilize the ramps. With the price that we pay to rent, you would think that these would be better maintained so people of all ages could utilize them what should've been 10 minutes to unload. My van took me over two hours. So everything was great except for your dolly. I work in the trucking industry and I know of trucking companies that just put their trailers to the back and don't do anything to them and that's what this reminds me of.

KEVIN WI had reserved a car hauler trailer for pickup at 10:00 a.m. I arrived at Storage Solutions of Hays at 10:00 to pick up the trailer. The trailer was not available because it had not been returned by the previous renter. I am in no way blaming Storage Solutions of Hays for this. They were great at explaining the issue and what they were allowed/not allowed to do. It is the policy/procedures of U-Haul management that I am not happy with. It was 3:00 before I was able to pick up the trailer. In short, I had to wait 5 hours for a trailer I had reserved and paid for for pick up at 10:00 a.m.
