The guy at the counter took the key and said that was all he needed. On the way outside another employee asked if the truck ran good and asked if I had any problems.

Justin CThe rental was great, but the customer service was terrible! I called once to confirm my reservation, but it seemed like there were issues with the phone. The person I spoke to couldn’t hear me, so I called again. This time, the lady on the phone answered with, “What do you want?” When I was having trouble with the pickup, I called , but the lady who answered wasn’t helpful.
