The cargo area floor was covered in mud. Worst thing was the windshield vent was full of dirt and shot at me when I needed to defrost the window. Otherwise the truck was in great shape, the store too great care of me and accommodated my rush situation.
NEIL GLock was extremely difficult to open. Had I brought a can of WD-40 and lubricated the jammed lock it would have opened quicker. Other than that the truck was OK. Thank you.

Kim MPenny, the storage manager, was very kind and explained everything about the rental in detail. When we had an unforeseen hiccup at our storage facility, she helped us add time to our rental easily!

She didn't miss a beat when I had to last minute change all of the reservation on the U-Haul moving truck. I couldn't have got so much done in such little time with out her!!! Alayna HStaff was extremely rude. We got there and he was in his car. I did everything online. all we had to do is go inside and get the key. Eventhough he was right there in his car and saw me struggling, he did not move a finger and laughed at me and my husband. Finally after over 45 minutes he went inside. I did all the checkin online and had to go inside to get the key. The chat from uhaul when we checked in online said that all I need to do is get the key and tell staff that everything was done online. Staff became extremely hostile and demanded the driving license again, which was in the car. I told him I took pictures and everything was downloaded and approved and he responded "I'll tell you when it's approved" with a smirk on his face. This was a business rental and I took the card there "david Miller. I personally will never return there and nobody in my company will either. There are other places we can go to with friendly people around! This staff is the most inappropriate person with the least customer service.
Kevin SMake sure the reservation is at the location. Twice in the last month I have rented, only to get to the pick up location and find the rental was not there.
