Michael CI wasn't told how to return the van if by chance I came back after hours. I had to call the 800 number, and that girl told me she put in a note wen I returned it. They charged me for 2 days and ins for 2 days wen I DID NOT have the van for 19 hrs. Had I known this I would have kept it till the next day!!! It took us till 1pm to even leave the office because the van I rented at another store hadn't come back yet and they had to get a DM involved to find me a van.

SHEILA CEnsure you include all equipment ordered (no dolly). Ensure tires are not flat when picked up. Do not charge customers for fixing a flat when it was flat when picked up. In addition, the app you have to use to pick up the equipment is not the best.

William PI put $31.00 in gas in a truck that traveled 47 miles round trip. The gas guage said it was full when I got it. This seems really odd. I've never had to put so much gas in your trucks in the past for the same trip to the same place. Tune up your trucks.

Austin HVery dry personality. No customer service ethic. Life is about people. Customer service is about relationships and wanting people to return for their product. U haul has many locations to choose from. Customer service is the key to choosing to return. I use UHAUL consistently. I just relocated I can choose other locations that don’t treat me like I’m an interruption in the day.

WILLIAM COverall, this is my second time renting from this particular location, and there was no issue the first time with renting and picking up I did a mobile reservation, however, the second time around they’re still advertising for another location that’s to the Lake Murray location on the Internet and upon calling, and finally discovering this, I tried to set a reservation or a hold For a pick up the next day and I provided my card information over the phone and was told that everything was taken care of when calling and checking the status to make sure everything went through. It had not and I had to take it upon myself to just go online and redo the entire reservation , and it was a little inconvenient for me, especially because I was under the impression that whatever representative I spoke with the day before had already held the cargo van that I was trying to reserve

John ZThis was not the location on my reservation! The location scheduled DID NOT have the truck reserved on their lot. The "owner" said he was looking for the truck available at other locations. After waiting on the phone, handed to me by the clerk (he was not onsite) for 15 minutes with NOTHING, I called U-Haul on my cell phone, allowing the franchisee to listen. Then miraculously he found a truck at the above location. While it was only 3 miles down the road this process cost me 30+ minutes of time. Since I was now running late I called the Moving Help Center customer service asking if they could contact the movers who would be waiting for me, as I was running late due to your franchisee screwing around with me! Well that was a waste of time because they said that they couldn't do that!!! I was driving to the storage location, trying to make up time and "you don't use your phone while driving for safety reasons". That made NO difference to the Customr Service staff!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pissed me off!

John MThe lady that received the truck was not very friendly, I mentioned to her that the truck needed service due to an exhaust leak and the truck was dirty when picked up I side and out. Thankfully they lady did not add a cleaning fee to the truck.

Keesah PThe truck radio did not work, the included lock for the truck’s container door did not work. It was frozen shut. Would not open after multiple applications of WD40. Had to buy a lock so storage door was secure
