Uhaul inexplicably with very short notice once again changed the pickup site for my truck. I nearly cancelled as it pissed me off as I had a tight window for the need of the truck. However the agent took it upon herself to switch the order back to my intended location of pickup. She DID NOT exercise the approach I cannot do anything about that.She went way above and beyond and returned the value of customer service. I rate her as extremely professional and courteous.
