I walked in and asked if a van was available and was told no. When I went back to the car I checked online and it was available. I made the registration and told the clerk and she replied “I guess I should refresh my screen more often”.

LA VThe girl who helped me with the rental on Friday, January 3 was absolutely wonderful. However, upon returning the vehicle two hours earlier than expected on Saturday, not knowing exactly where to park the vehicle, I evaluated the area and parked the vehicle at a location that allowed Complete entrance and exit around the vehicle with the intent to go inside and ask where they wanted me to put it. Upon entering the building the girl behind the desk verbally attacked me for being so stupid as to park the vehicle where I did. I barely got a chance to say I was only putting it there temporarily when she gave me a barrage “it’s too late now it’s already there. I’ll take care of it” And her attitude was one of being discusted with me. I was so taken aback. I chose to try to correct her and help her understand that I was the customer and she was not treating me as such. The encounter escalated way beyond what it should have been. In this day and age I don’t want someone to lose their job because we all need the money, but this girl needs to have some education as to how to deal with customers. If I had been her boss and heard what was going on, she would’ve been fired on the spot. For those who are reading this, I demand a written apology For how I was treated. I have been in this town 30 years and have used U-Haul many many times. All the personnel I’ve always been wonderful until today. The girl would not give me her name. She would not name her manager. She was obviously aware that she may get in trouble. She has light brown hair which she calls blonde and wears glasses and she was working Saturday, January 4 at 1:15 PM in the afternoon when I returned the vehicle. My personal phone number is 702-416-6772. I would like to be contacted by someone in authority to know that this incident has been reported And that Girl has received some sort of education as to how to treat people. I am an employer of many people and if anyone treated any customer as she did me today, they would not have a job. I don’t know what the girl was going through on her end. We all have bad days, but we should not pass our bad days and bad attitudes onto customers.
Gary CI was told I’d get credit for the unused pads in the truck and was charged anyway. Was told Id get a call back when I called in today and never heard from anyone.
JOANN MStaff was fast in getting me in the road. Truck is easy to drive. Anyone can do it. Returning is even easier. No human contact. Drop key off and that’s it. Excellent experience!!

BINH TWe rented the unit for $60 per month for 3 months. It was a special. When we went to renew it for another month as we weren't finished with the move, we had to pay $140+ which is more than double. Very disappointed. We are senior citizens & that hurts our finances for the month. We also rented a utility dolly which was very reasonable. Overall, pleasant employees, clean & secure. Just pricing for renewals too high.

COREY AMaybe it was me but I don't think it was. The app told me to pick up the truck at 8:30. I had to wait till 10:00 for somebody to show up. That was the only downfall but truck was good. Clean happy

Mark PMake sure that the customer knows the correct phone number. i called the number on my printed receipt, and the woman I spoke to assured me that I would be fine picking up/dropping off 30 minutes later - just shift the rental time. When I picked up the van I was told no, had to have it back because someone else already had the van rented as soon as I returned it - within the original window, and I should have called her directly. I thought I had.

Ray VI was WAY overcharged. Insurance was added that I did not approve of and "Secret" fees that don't appear anywhere on the contract yet appear in the total amount charged.

Tony NI rented a truck for one day but called the next morning because I needed it for another day no one answered so someone called when the truck was scheduled to be back I explained that I needed another day and the lady was rude which was surprising considering everyone was nice the day before when I rented the truck.
