Good drop off, have used location before, however they were closed when dropped off The rest of my experience with Uhaul this time was subpar. Pick up and drop off locations changed, no furniture pads, no mattress covered. Had to fight at 7am to get drop off to original location. Will re consider before using again. For 2 days at $600, if they don’t stick to the contract parameters, doesn’t seem worth it

doneisha hI have this weird experienced with this trick. I drove this equipment 20 miles exact and used 6.93 gallons of gas when I refilled the fuel from just across the street from your location. which is weird even a commercial semi truck do more than 7 or 8 miles per gallon of the diesel . I just don't see a small 20 feet box truck using 6.93 gallons of gas for 20 miles, unless it is rigged. That is the only thing I can think of. Someone is scamming the customers. Or Are you going to tell me your trucks only do 2.886 miles per gallon. ( fyi I did not use the in-tow mode/ because i previously drove semi for living). I hope someone look in to that and rectify the issue. And I will avoid this location for just this particular reason.

I had booked the Paseo Verde Parkway location and went there by mistake. Donna was more than helpful and provided me with EXCELLENT customer service! I will definitely use this location again if I need a rental!

KARMEN PRude lady, didn’t even bother to look at the truck to verify it was safe (which it WASNT). Truck was in rough shape, the steering was horrible and unsafe. Had problems refueling tank would never get full properly. Uhaul overcharged me for a dirty truck that was clean and had ZERO gas in it, they were sure to charge me a cleaning fee for no reason. I called my credit card company to dispute the charges cause because this is a huge SCAM, no fuel? Plus I tried calling UHaul corporate 5 times and none of the staff resolved my issues because the computer system was broken, so it’s doubtful this will be received. Please contact me to resolve this overcharge dispute. Overall horrible rental, no fuel, no service, charging me without consent, how can I expect to pay for a rental and it’s doesn’t have gas? Unbelievable.

Karen EThe axel broke on the truck leaving me stranded in the middle of nowhere. A 4 hour move ended up taking 16 hours due to towing , new equipment, transfer load etc. then gal asked me to return the truck to a different location as the one closest to me was full. I got it there after hours that day and then gal had the never to charge me a $100 fee for returning it late. I’m stunned.! I will publish this on social media if this is t refunded and an apology provided. Unbelievable.

JASON BThe truck I rented is in need of service. The transmission was all over the place, the steering suggests bad ball joints or control arms. The tires were noticeably imbalanced. It honestly felt like it was shaking itself apart. The staff was very friendly, I have no complaints about Storage One or Uhaul as a whole, just feel like the truck should have been better maintained.

I will never recommend this company to anyone ever again. They claim the equipment is not returned I believe it is an inside job to take advantage of the customer. I am very disappointed in this company. They just lost a returning customer forever.
