RANDALL NThe mobile login was easy Peezy and when I called about getting the lock off of the door to get the key, the agent was extremely helpful. I would definitely use again the U-Haul Services mobile check-in.
Kimberley COvercharged for my usage. The “contract” was not accurate and did not provide a section for mileage. Mileage inside the vehicle said 98,073 which was not the number on the contract. I picked up keys at 11:30am (from staff member) then went outside to check for exterior damages, which there were none. I was told by the staff member at the desk that the tank was full. I verified that the tank was 7/8 filled up. When I returned to the office entrance at 11:38am the door was locked and staff member was not present where I can report the less than full tank. Business hours lists 10am - 6pm. I left a voicemail at 11:38am saying that the tank was not full. My reservation was from 11:30am to 4:30pm. I was finished early, added gasoline which was still 1/16th short of a full tank, but still more gas than when I received the truck. I returned the Uhaul with 98,078 which made my trip a total of 5 miles. I turned the keys at 2pm and waited for the final bill. The bill listed my trip at 41 miles which is inaccurate. I called Storage One and the staff member said I didn’t return with a full tank. Again inaccurate information. Instead of being helpful, she kept mentioning the inaccurate “contract” that listed the original mileage at 98,038 and a full tank of gas. She clearly did not check the voicemail I left at 11:38am. I am being overcharged for services I didn’t use. The inaccurate contract argument is invalid because staff at Storage One did not throughly record information and I’m being penalized after no wrongdoing with the rental. Extremely disappointed.

Bonnie PThe truck and service at the location was excellent!! The movers however were AWFUL!!!!! They bailed on the unload!! Said they got lost. The condo is 1.6 miles from the storage unit.
DIANE BCheck battery levels. But it never actually didn’t start just a few close calls. That said, staff was super nice and efficient and I got in and out in no time.

STEVEN WGreetings, she never told me that the truck did not have a pull out to use a rail to pull up in the truck. I rented one and did not use. The guys had to carry into the truck & off load my hand. I told her when I saw her when I returned the truck she a kid & a man entering the building that night when I returned the truck. She said oh that truck doesn’t have one and entered. I was charged. Bad customer service! She never walked me to the truck either when I came to pick it up. I asked if that truck that was outside by the gate was it & she said yes. B
EDRINNA MI had ordered a furniture dolly online but when I got there, they said they had none. This could have really jacked me up, especially on a Sunday when everyone else is closed. Fortunately, I was able to make do without it.

BRIAN PI walked in and asked if a van was available and was told no. When I went back to the car I checked online and it was available. I made the registration and told the clerk and she replied “I guess I should refresh my screen more often”.

LA VThe girl who helped me with the rental on Friday, January 3 was absolutely wonderful. However, upon returning the vehicle two hours earlier than expected on Saturday, not knowing exactly where to park the vehicle, I evaluated the area and parked the vehicle at a location that allowed Complete entrance and exit around the vehicle with the intent to go inside and ask where they wanted me to put it. Upon entering the building the girl behind the desk verbally attacked me for being so stupid as to park the vehicle where I did. I barely got a chance to say I was only putting it there temporarily when she gave me a barrage “it’s too late now it’s already there. I’ll take care of it” And her attitude was one of being discusted with me. I was so taken aback. I chose to try to correct her and help her understand that I was the customer and she was not treating me as such. The encounter escalated way beyond what it should have been. In this day and age I don’t want someone to lose their job because we all need the money, but this girl needs to have some education as to how to deal with customers. If I had been her boss and heard what was going on, she would’ve been fired on the spot. For those who are reading this, I demand a written apology For how I was treated. I have been in this town 30 years and have used U-Haul many many times. All the personnel I’ve always been wonderful until today. The girl would not give me her name. She would not name her manager. She was obviously aware that she may get in trouble. She has light brown hair which she calls blonde and wears glasses and she was working Saturday, January 4 at 1:15 PM in the afternoon when I returned the vehicle. My personal phone number is 702-416-6772. I would like to be contacted by someone in authority to know that this incident has been reported And that Girl has received some sort of education as to how to treat people. I am an employer of many people and if anyone treated any customer as she did me today, they would not have a job. I don’t know what the girl was going through on her end. We all have bad days, but we should not pass our bad days and bad attitudes onto customers.

JOANN MStaff was fast in getting me in the road. Truck is easy to drive. Anyone can do it. Returning is even easier. No human contact. Drop key off and that’s it. Excellent experience!!

BINH TWe rented the unit for $60 per month for 3 months. It was a special. When we went to renew it for another month as we weren't finished with the move, we had to pay $140+ which is more than double. Very disappointed. We are senior citizens & that hurts our finances for the month. We also rented a utility dolly which was very reasonable. Overall, pleasant employees, clean & secure. Just pricing for renewals too high.

Mark PMake sure that the customer knows the correct phone number. i called the number on my printed receipt, and the woman I spoke to assured me that I would be fine picking up/dropping off 30 minutes later - just shift the rental time. When I picked up the van I was told no, had to have it back because someone else already had the van rented as soon as I returned it - within the original window, and I should have called her directly. I thought I had.
