In doing so, they restored my confidence in U-Haul as well as their establishment. -- I will rent from their establishment in the future and recommend them to others as well. Thank you.

NICOLASA RI was charged for fuel despite bringing it back with the same amount. Luckily I had pictures and receipts for proof. I was told this is a recurring problem with this particular manager, so maybe Be should be spoken to!!
Valerie SFuel gauge unresponsive. When re-fueling, I spent $20 more than I had to because the needle was barely moving, and then suddenly jumped way higher. Very irritating.

David MFirst of all I’ve never experienced such a rude customer service. The lady that work at this location is extremely rude! Even though we have to self check on my phone. She didn’t have to be rude about it. I never ever wrote a review before and this is the first time.

Janaya NOnline registration/check-in required me to go inside to get keys. The U-Haul office was closed and I had to wait for 20 minutes for the agent to come back. There was no sign on the door to let customers know if the agent would return and when.
