ALICIA GThe truck had not been swept out. I reserved an appliance dolly and was informed at pickup that it wasn't available. I had reserved moving blankets that were not included. The lack of an appliance dolly almost caused a severe injury for my daughter and caused us to spend many more hours than we had expected.

James RTook 20 min to get our truck via mobile appl, then the code on the lock was blurry and attendant inside said it wasn’t even the correct picture of our lock code. Then we were charged $48 for gas, 30 service fee and 18 for driving 15 miles. Just nuts. Didn’t see any info about returning with fuel and pricing. Just not a smooth experience even though attendant was nice.

Emily MLet people know that this place has ZERO tools like dolleys that are offered for rental on the U-Haul website. Also, the personnel operating this facility left in the middle of the day, would not respond to multiple phone calls and never returned messages when we were attempting to return the vehicle. It took us over an hour, waiting at the facility to finally be able to return the vehicle using the Uhaul.com process. Strongly DO NOT Recommend this place of business.
Michael FI ordered a dolly but once I came to pick up no dolly was available was told I would have to go to another location to get a dolly. Which is a major inconvenience. Also went to return keys sign on door said be back from lunch at 3:35. My ride picked me up at 3:50 and no one was still their,

Sharon MThe guy at the front desk was very rude. I scheduled my pick up time for 4:30pm and I arrived at 4:22pm to sign and pay and hopefully leave on time. The man at the desk was away, the sign on the door said “call this number if we are not here” after calling multiple times (the number did not work and rang once then said “the caller does not have a mailbox set up - goodbye” Once he returned at 4:46 he was extremely rude and blamed me for “not calling the number” he seemed like he was having a bad day but there was no need for his bad attitude when I reserved the U-Hual more than 24 hours in advance.

Maurice PThis is a self storage place and the parking is only available for one truck. Even though we have called upon arrival, we had to park at some un-parking space. Also, we used a couple of miles extra and the surcharge took a long time to complete.
SHUO WAfter hours Customer service was near nonexistent. Finally got to Maria after an hour, who was a big help in solving the problems we had unlocking the truck.

Andrew UMake checking the vehicle in. I don’t feel it was this locations fault but your mobile check in process would not find my location when I tried. I made sure it was turned on in my settings it just didn’t work. So I had to go back a second day to get it checked back in. That’s ridiculous. That process shouldn’t be that much of a hassle
Brendan WThis location was great, even though I used the mobile app, I needed to go in and get the lock combination, the staff was friendly and attentive, one of the staff members escorted me to the lock, explained how it worked and opened it for me.
