The 1st reservation did not have a truck The 2nd did not calculate the right amount of miles plus we had a utility dolly in the truck we did not ask for or want The agent from uhaul customer service was able to adjust the invoice she was very nice

Emily M.Let people know that this place has ZERO tools like dolleys that are offered for rental on the U-Haul website. Also, the personnel operating this facility left in the middle of the day, would not respond to multiple phone calls and never returned messages when we were attempting to return the vehicle. It took us over an hour, waiting at the facility to finally be able to return the vehicle using the Uhaul.com process. Strongly DO NOT Recommend this place of business.
