Location didn’t mention you would need a code to drop of key, I had to contact U-Haul support to find out while standing in the cold. Parking spots are too tight and small for the bigger trucks, not well labeled, and it’s very dark.

My overall experience was great. Only complaint is that I got an email 3 days later saying I hadn’t returned the equipment. One call cleared it up, so not nuch of a problem.

Absolutely horrible experience between the representative who signed the vehicle out to the equipment and truck itself being in poor condition, excessive charges despite bringing it back in the same if not better condition it was in, rude employees etc.

I brought the U-Haul back to a different location because it was after hours. I brought it back on Saturday the 12th around 6:00 pm. I got a phone call on Monday saying I didn't return it and got another call yesterday on Tuesday. They should be more organized when it comes to checking in the trucks.

No place to park my vehicle.. I had to park my vehicle ha half mile away and walk back and forth.. very difficult location to deal with.. for some reason they kept telling me how I have to do things for them.. the fact there is no parking offered should be told ahead of time

Convenient that the location is open on Saturdays as most UHauls in the area are not. Parking is challenging as there is no on-site parking. This not only adds time to your trip as you have to drive to and from a new parking location but adds mileage as well. Front desk attendant is friendly.

There was no place to drop the truck , was told to call the number got no answer had to leave the truck on the street with the keys in it .very dangerous not a good location

Drop off location was changed from Plymouth to Kingston (because there was a need for a truck at that location). I was told I am being charged for going over the designated mileage. Not good.

We had to return the uhaul at 8 am and the place where we were dropping it off did not open until 930 and there was no code provided to get into the fenced in storage area. We had to park the truck on the road and try and get in touch with someone from uhaul to tell us what to do. We were told to leave the truck with the keys in it risking someone taking it and us being liable. Would have preferred bringing it back to where we picked it up

You can tell the customer it’s going to cost 600 dollars the truck was slow and I believe you guys screwed me on mileage because I drive a box truck for a living and I did the math on how much it would cost you guys to make a profit per mile and you can expect to hear from my lawyer Thankyou

No one took the mileage of the vehicle before I picked it up in the morning, when I returned it I was charged for “driving it” for 15 miles when I actually only drove it 3. Not impressed and not happy about these extra charges at all. Better management is a must.

Women at the front dest was very nice and personable. She was efficient when I picked up and dropped of the vehicle.

The truck was “relatively “ clean. Cargo are was fine, cab not so much. Windshield filthy - wipe down the cab and clean the windshield!
