The location was excellent. However U-haul has it listed as a mobile pick up and it is NOT. We had to wait an hour for the facility to open up and the man said he's asked u-haul to remove the mobile for his facility they have not. Also truck was returned and u-haul did not have that marked.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkFelt like a bait and switch with the mileage pricing and then also having to recover gas- $300 for 4 hours plus $30 in gas seems crazy. The man at the facility was great though
Derek BIt was very difficult to figure out how to drop off after hours. I could not locate any drop off instructions. I Finally located the drop box for the keys and it was very difficult to get the very large key chain into the box. I needed to call uhaul 800 line for help to drop off. Also we bought a cigarette lighter charger at the pickup location and it didn’t work in the truck we had. No power to the phone from the charger.
Patricia DI dropped the truck off here. It was a little hard to find, because it's part of a self-storage center, and your GPS will take you to the barred gate. The driveway do the U-Haul office is a little further on and not well-marked. Once I figured that out, though, the rest was quick and easy.
Carl BThe location has a lock box to store the key with no indication of what the code is for the lock. The staff didn’t know the code. When we called U-Haul to supply the code they said they had our reservation scheduled as a return to the same location as pick-up, even though the app clearly shows differently. We have been sitting for 20 minutes trying to get the code just to try to return the key. The entire pick up and drop off process was inconvenient and I will never use U-Haul again.
