The truck was dirty in the cab. When I reserved the truck, nowhere did it say that the store would be closed to register for 24/7. I had to wait for 45 minutes b4 anyone answered my call. But the man that answered was great, very patient and very professional

Truck was low on fuel..dirty inside with ashes in ash tray...old pair of shoes and a some trash on floor...had to go clear across town to pick up a hand truck and pads which I ordered weeks before....very poor last minute planning for u-haul

I reserved this tow dolly online with my cellphone and sent my wife to pick it up due to being at work and the whole process was so simple and hassle free. I would recommend u-haul and their online reservation to anyone wishing to rent a trailer, truck or car tow dolly.

Nothing. Ms. Debbie was warm, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful when I reserved, then rented the truck. When I spoke with her today, she had anticipated that I'd returned for my receipt, printing it for me immediately. I'd be pleased to recommend this site to my family and friends, and if I were to need a truck again, I'd return to this site.
The agent that handled my transaction was very professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with.
Sign on door says knock for service. Knocked many times, nobody at front office in glass at entrance, literally walked around the building looking for someone, did not find anyone. Taking pictures of contact to just leave in box with key when lady comes out the door stating she can assist with return. This is all at 1:30 in the afternoon, not like after hours. Offices walked through were cluttered. Personnel not readily available. Had to sit in office while last say at deal with tablet to check in 10 minutes after getting gas gauge, just to here her say they will send an email. Not customer service conscious.

The above questions are very narrow in scope. I have used Uhaul for years in business and personal needs. The past 2 times I have rented your equipment have been deplorable. I rented a 26' truck with a car hauler in Summerville, Ga. When I arrived, there was no car hauler and the 26' truck did not have operating headlights. I had time frames to meet, so I had to use a smaller truck. I was not able to complete the the load on time. However, there was another 26' truck sitting on the lot. The manager told me he could not rent this 26' truck due to Uhaul had it "locked down". That was his exact word. So, even though I had scheduled this and he had the size I needed; and paid for; he would not let me use this. Shame on him. The last rental, I was told I would have to pick the truck up in the Rome, Ga. location, yet, I would have to drive 30-45 minutes to another town; Calhoun; to pick up the car hauler. I found this to be unacceptable. Shame on you for allowing this to happen. However, there was a "bright spot" in the end. I made numerous calls trying to get some help. One of the Managers in Rome helped me out and contacted a man by the name of Gerald. He called me and listened to my situation. Gerald told me he was a Trainer for the Store Managers. In the end, Gerald made sure the car hauler was in the same location; in Rome; the truck was in. Someone needs to recognize what Gerald did for me and for your Company. If this is the typical manner you and your Company has changed your business; ignoring the "Customer Service" you "used" to have, then shame on you. I urge you to step up and recognize Gerald. He certainly deserves this. As a Trainer, I don't believe it is/was his responsibility yet he understood Customer Service and went way out of his way to take care of a Customer. This was my second time dropping equipment off at this location and they were just as helpful this time as last time.
We found upon arrival and did report a leak in the back of the truck on the passenger's side. Some of our book boxes got wet but fortunately our trip was short and so only a couple of books actually got wet and we were able to dry those out. The people at this location are absolutely delightful and very helpful ~~ highly recommend them! Thanks to all at Store More!

We had a great deal of difficulty picking the truck up after hours---I don't know if the rental was not set up properly or if the bugs are just not worked out of the phone program. The "pick up my truck" button was greyed out when I got to the pick up site, so I had to call customer service. Customer service had to change the pick up time in order to un-grey the "pick up my truck" button. Then once that was fixed, the program wasn't registering that I was onsite. We had to go through the process several times on two different phones before it recognized that I was onsite. We spent an hour at the location trying to pick up the truck.
There are better and more convenient UHaul locations in Rome , Ga. This particlar center had the equipment that I needed this transaction.
We dropped off the trailer on Sunday afternoon and the office was closed, however they did have a drop box for the contract. I had called the store earlier in the week to see if I could leave it if they were closed and was told they had 24 hr drop off and where to leave it and they would check it in Monday morning when they got in.

There is nothing to change very sweet staff , i would recommend this location to my family and friends,
The young lady was a total professional while I acted like a complete ass because of the gas...I said I was sorry and I hope she forgives me...I am ashamed for the way I acted.
