We've had our best success in Rome, Ga with your location at Hill Top Mart, No Broad Street but they were not an option for this reservation. The gentleman there is most accommodating and helpful. Our prior experiences with the Shell Gas Station @ US 411, Cartersville Hiway were unsatisfactory, he is not helpful and not well equipped for Trailer rental ie, no computer access to verify ANYTHING! Store more has very limited equipment options and not a serious option for frequent rentals. The local Rep Steve is very helpful.

Dropped off, no interactions with people
Sophia PI was given a price for a state to state trip… at the time of drop off I ended up paying almost $200.00 more for “mileage”. I feel defrauded and cheated. I believe that a refund should be given.
