Beware! This location does not have an attendant. This location also sits in a dead zone when it comes to receiving a data signal to your phone. Everything has to be done through the app which is less than friendly when the signal is less than desirable. What's more painful is when you are en route to your location and they call and say you have to go to another location which is 30 mins away! Then you go through the app only to find out that a truck hasn't been assigned to your reservation and you have to call in and wait on hold for 10 minutes. Everything and I mean everything has to be done through this app. You have to upload your drivers license again, even though you did it the day before, allow access to your camera to take a selfie, allow access to your location services, take picture of all four sides of the truck, verify mileage, gas (which was half full/empty) which in my opinion should be full upon pickup, verify vehicle is clean, verify license plate, driver/s. I will definitely look at other options before I rent from U-Haul again!

Wifi connectivity was bad and made checkin last 30 mins
Greg PI was very disappointed when I went to pick up the truck the app did not have the link available saying I located the truck. After an hour of trying, I called the local U-Haul which could not help then I called the 800 U-Haul where they reset my pick up time and then I was able to see the page where I could fill in for my rental. since this location was closed on the weekend it was no one who could help me. I would recommend to someone picking up on the weekends to be told to call the 800 U-Haul number right away. I had standing around for an hour before this got resolved.
Larry FHad some IT issues with the app for (Pick-up) but other than that it went very well, easy and smooth transition. Travis from IT for (ride share) was stellar, helped me a lot that morning fixing the app awesome job.
Connor CI book 1 month in advance 2 days before my rental I was sent somewhere else for pickup, then again for a third place which had both truck and dolly. Then later after loading truck realized dolly ratchet was damage taillight was out end up getting dolly fixed at U-Haul dealer on spruce hills drive where I originally made my reservations a month ago. This all put my family back 6 hours on our close schedule to get to our destination. Unfortunately your review tarnishes the ones that help not the ones that lead me on a wild goose chase. Then you charge me 8 dollars when I checked vehicle in which was the miles I ran around originally getting it fixed. Horrible experience!!!
Thad OReally weird location. When returning truck, a homeless guy came out to lay by the truck. When I tried to return the truck online, it kicked me out and didn't let me submit all the photos. Just really weird and bad location.
