One of the tires had a screw in it. We discovered after loading the truck and noticing a low driver’s side outside rear tire. I contacted service and a tire service company was dispatched to replace the tire. This took two and a half hours, putting our moving day drastically behind schedule and unable to meet other scheduled tasks and appointments. The tires should be checked by staff before renting vehicles.

Checking the truck in was ineffective!!
Penny HI accidently left my drivers license with the agent but when she discovered it she actually brought it to me at my house. That's great customer service.
Michael OBeware! This location does not have an attendant. This location also sits in a dead zone when it comes to receiving a data signal to your phone. Everything has to be done through the app which is less than friendly when the signal is less than desirable. What's more painful is when you are en route to your location and they call and say you have to go to another location which is 30 mins away! Then you go through the app only to find out that a truck hasn't been assigned to your reservation and you have to call in and wait on hold for 10 minutes. Everything and I mean everything has to be done through this app. You have to upload your drivers license again, even though you did it the day before, allow access to your camera to take a selfie, allow access to your location services, take picture of all four sides of the truck, verify mileage, gas (which was half full/empty) which in my opinion should be full upon pickup, verify vehicle is clean, verify license plate, driver/s. I will definitely look at other options before I rent from U-Haul again!
