I originally reserved a truck through Bowling Green,Oh 2 weeks prior to my date I wanted a truck. 3 days before my reservation another location 30 minutes away called me and told me Bowling Green had no trucks and I would need to go to that location in Toledo, OH to pick up my truck. I arrived at that location as instructed and my truck was there but no keys and location was closed. I called the number and the gentlemen said he was unaware he had a rental that day. He told me he was 20 minutes away and would be there with the key. More than 40 minutes later he finally showed up with a key. He said he would try to get us a discount due to the confusion. No discount was given. Would not recommend this location. Very disappointed that even after making a 2 week reservation that I did not receive my truck from original location.

My pickup time was 9am. when i got there no obe was there. I called and the person didn't know about my reservation. He finally found it. He said keys were in the bottom black box. they were not. They were in the Top black box that was locked. No combination he gave me over the phone worked. He said he'd be at the location in 15 mins or less. He was there in 30 minutes. The truck had no gas Overall the truck was clean and did the job. This location I wouldn't recommend unless you absolutely have to no gas in the truck the

The person who checked me in was pretty silent, not very personable. Also late to pick up and then didn't check it back in on time so U-Haul had to call me even after I called the contact number who called me saying it was dropped off. Very strange having what looks like a random person rent you the U-Haul. Wasn't wearing U-Haul anything, called from a personal number but then didn't answer own phone when I called for drop off (a woman answered the phone). Very strange. However the truck was great and worked and got the job done!
