I have no problem with the service location, my issue is with the price gouging, when I called to reserve the prices quoted we're double what is advertised online. It's utter bullshit that U-Haul is taking advantage of people especially in these hard economic times.SCOTT F.
I'm not sure exactly how the UHaul system works, but my move went well today and the associate did the best she can to provide my reservation. I was a bit uneasy about the fact that the vehicle I reserved wasn't available, but ended up getting the only one on the lot. I also didn't recieve the dolly I requested with it, but oh well. Overall the service that provided the rental was very nice and professional.JASMINE K.

Considering what a big deal California makes about the pandemic the truck I received was very dirty inside, and out. The windows wouldn't come clean. Inside the truck the back was not swept out. The cab had old food under the seat, and stuff spilled over the center console. I had to wipe down everything inside. There was no effort to clean or sanitize the vehicle. I returned the vehicle cleaner then when I received it.David R.

Normally the employee walks around the truck with the customer to make sure all damages are marked. This time he just handed me the keys. I don't know what policy is but I like having someone walk it with me. Let's me know I'm not going to get charged for anything that was already there. I did get a text to confirm that everything was ok before leaving though so that was nice. The only other thing was that maybe I just didn't pay enough attention when he was talking to me, but I didn't realize I was supposed to check the truck back in with pictures after business hours. I got a text about 4 hrs after I turned in the keys saying I needed to do that but I was already long gone. I'm glad I didn't get any penalties but I would have done it right had I realized that's what I was supposed to do. Also it may be in the paperwork I was given but I didn't read it that closely.Kaneasha M.

They don't have the ability to let you pick up before opening time as per your app told me I could do, the young man didn't seem to know what to do and when I told him I had prepaid and showed him the proof he still charged me again. He didn't have the correct dolly that I needed and the blankets were in a pile and I had to separate them to count them and found I was 1 short if I have to do there job I should at least get paid for it.Armando M.

I reserved an appliance dolly which was not available. The manager let me use one of theirs but it was in bad shape, bad wheel and had no belt. No one let me know the dolly was not available. Otherwise the online reservation system is pretty nice.Randall J.

The person there must of been new. The alarm was going off and he was unable to turn it off. Then he didn't know how to check my rental out which I reserved. I am hoping I was not double charged. I did not receive the package or instructions for using the truck from him. And the windshield was so dirty I couldn't see out of it. My wait time was 45 mins. The young man should of had help. He was very nice through it all. Unfortunately it all was unpleasant.Michele L.

The initial check-out and rental experience was excellent. The check-in experience was the exact opposite. The guy checking me in seemed in a hurry and I felt I was "in his way" even though he had just returned for lunch. He did not listen, I had to tell him I was returning a vehicle twice before he realized I was not asking about renting. We did not walk around the vehicle, he immediately took it to the back. I had noticed my mileage as I pulled into the lot because it was about to turn to an even number. The mileage on my email receipt was 14 miles higher, a convenient $10 "tip" for the guy. I will use the main U-Haul office in the future and skip this StorQuest location.Sandra V.
The only issue I had was that we requested to pick up the truck at 8 am, however the place didn't open until 9. We were never told that we needed to change times. It was a bit of an inconvenience on a very busy day.Lisa G.

This revjew covers 3 different places I had to deal with. First was the postal annex on winchester Rd who never received a reservation and sent me to this storage place which was closed. After waiting for almost two hours and getting an earful about how much the management hates uhaul I got a truck, recieved no inspection or verification before I left. Upon returning to San Diego, the place for return was closed even during business hours forcing me to leave the truck there. 0/0 across the board, uhaul used to be so simple to deal with, now it's nobody's fault and they all seem to hate you... Next time I go with another service.Matt M.

Location is behind an apartment complex in a self storage type complex and the area looks clean and well maintained. Truck was clean and worked propely. Those are the only positive notes. Staff were not helpful at all and had bad customer service skills. They were very short with me and provided different information between me and my wife. Reservation was a mess and staff did not seem like they knew what they were doing. Would not accept cash as payment. Ultimately were able to accommodate us and get us our truck, however I would not recommend this place to friends or family and will not returning to this location.KENNY C.

I won't be using UHaul again. Applied for the 10% coupon which I never got credit for. And had to keep the uhaul an extra day even though it was parked on premises just waiting to have it unloaded, was forced to pay for a second day of insurance, which I didn't need.Dawne A.

this truck broke down on me with in 10 miles of leaving the pick up location. Then it took over four hours for upper management do make a decision on whether or not they would authorize the truck to be towed. this has to be some of the worst customer service I have ever seen please feel free to contact me any time to go over this 904-910-3816 drew not to mention I couldn't do the lifting and I was paying friends to help me move and I had a function to be at that this whole ordeal made me a hour late.ANDREW G.
