Location not open on Wednesday, I tried to get into the truck for over 30 minutes. I called support and they hung up on me! I was paying movers to stand in the parking area until I found internet service… it was a disaster, never again! Home Depot is much better!
JANET ROnsite customer service was not great.
MALINDA DI reserved the van at another location to be picked up at 9am. I received an email 2 days before my date that the van wasn’t available and I would have to go to a different location 5 miles away from my original spot. The email confirmed that the pick up time was 9am. I went there to get the van and they weren’t open until 10am. It was very frustrating to pay for extra mileage due to the other pick up location and waiting an hour for the store to open. Had I known this I would have made different arrangements.
William SThis location told me that they were discontinuing to rent trailers; they were still renting trucks, but not trailers. In Venice, FL, it is difficult to find a business that rents trailers. It took me about 10 phone calls to find this location.

GEORGE TThe equipment was adequate but they do not offer a selection of vehicles so we took a truck bigger than we needed. We had a kitchen range to move about 30 miles round trip. Somehow our reservation had a safe move charge which I had removed previously. All told a 3 HR 30 mile rental was 80.00. A bit steep, Uhaul for a 19.95 rental. Next time we will try something else.

RUSSELL TI reserved a trailer and furniture dolly, no indication of problems. Got to the site, the trailer was fine but told no furniture dolly available which created a big problem for me. If an item isn't in inventory, it would seem like the system should reflect that.

Wesley BThe office manager was super grumpy and even told me she doesn’t like taking small jobs. Small rentals like mine there’s not enough commission. She really didn’t go out of her way to help me in anyway I had reserved an appliance dolly. There wasn’t one at that location so I had to call another location to get one which was Northport about 20 minutes south which added about an hour to my day. While I appreciate the convenience of that location, the owner should really consider if they have the right person working there. Using the app with a nightmare The helpline admitted they were technical issues, but that I should still try again wasted about another 30 minutes, taking pictures and then retaking pictures It was fine. The location was very gracious and accommodating. The drop off and Brandon was easy and pleasant
LORETTA MThe U-Haul app for contactless pickup is terrible. This location was fine but the app compared to fluid truck is just bad. For that reason alone if I have the option of getting a fluid truck instead I will. I don’t have to mess with a lockbox with fluid, the app is way faster to work, it requires less time, etc…

Linda PThe truck had electrical issues. I had to check the air pressure in the left rear tire every time I stopped for gas. The fuel economy gauge flashed off and on. Or it would stop working and a couple hours later it would turn back on then turn off. That continued throughout the entire 2558 mile trip. The rubber stripping on the left side of the windshield came off flapping in the wind smacking the passenger window, until it actually fell off. I believe that the truck that I rented was in Hurricane Milton and received water damage to the electrical units and they rented it out without knowing the damage to the truck. I would never recommend either the pickup station or the drop off station in Ranco Cucamonga off of Holt street.

DAVID WThey need more help!!! I use them often but going to change locations if service does not improve. Sometimes i have to drive over just to see if a truck or trailer is available as it takes a day or two to receive a call back. Then i have to wait in line to get help!! Shannon & the new guy are excellent to work with but they need another worker for the AM shift for sure!! Whoever owns this business is LOSING business because people won't wait for 30-45 minutes to talk with someone !!!!!
