The staff went above and beyond to help us. The app was not working properly (would not allow me to take pics)- they worked with us to expedite the pickup process. We had hired moving help with U-Haul, but the movers NEVER SHOWED up. I called the Storsafe location for suggestions, and they provided referrals - the movers were fabulous. Storsafe saved the day!! Highly recommend them!

Jamaar STook a few minutes to figure out mobile pickup only. Would have been quicker if there was a person to help you. But, once I figured it out, it was good.
Sheila SI don't see how a 20 dollar rental ended up at 73 and change. I returned the same day, put gas back to same level,went less miles than the 25 I estimated, and didn't get the appliance hand truck I requested. Now I have bounced as a result and I simply am so angry about this mistake I can't even explain
