The location was fine. The issues I had were with U-haul as a company. Such as not having the truck at the place I was planning and only calling the day before to inform me. Making no monetary accommodations for the extra cost due to having to round trip a truck. When I showed up to pick up the truck I waited on hold for over 20 mins to talk to someone to help me checkout my truck. Worst experience I've ever had. Will no longer be using U-haul when I move.Mandi L.

Tell the people there not to feed a line of bullshit when it comes to the air pressure for the tires. When a customer asks for the air pressure in the tires to be increased to the rated pressure listed on the tire, tell them to do it.Michael M.

The truck needed new wiper blades & the front was covered with bugs. Some trash left inside, and I couldn't see out the windshield because of the dirt.robert M.

Waited a long time. The problem was mainly with the North Ave location - the plug was put on my vehicle wrong - I had no brake lights or blinkers. I took it back after it was installed to have it looked at. Still didn't work. Very disappointed. And their computer systems were not working properly. Very slowJOSEPH J.
When we dropped off truck & trailer at this location at 9am prompt the guy behind the counter could not read the odometer on the truck and said we had traveled 20,000 miles (in two days)! We said we had only traveled from Steamboat Springs, CO to Grand Junction, CO. He had to call someone on the phone - verify truck number, and took over 30/minutes to just check in all info. Now who can really drive 20,000 miles in any vehicle in two days....REALLY! After phone calls, taking a long time to check in, others waiting their turn, my husband had to show this guy how to read the odometer. Should not be working at this store until he is properly trained.Karen H.
The man at front desk is sexist. Let me tell you why I think this. I walked in and the man was on the phone, I did not say anything, and I was waiting in line very politely. He pulls the phone away from his face and says "Yes?". I said "I am here to pick up my trailer." He said "Do you have it reserved?". I said "Yes." He said "Well it's going to be a while." I said "They told me at the other location (North Ave) it would be ready at 4:15." He said "Well, I don't have anyone to hook it up for you. I am going to have call someone in and that's going to take a while." I said " So I can't have my friends hook it up?" He said "No." and he went back to his phone call. I called my mother, and my friend Josh to tell them what happened. Josh shows up at the store and we are waiting outside for this person to show up so he can hook up the trailer because he can't do it because of his knees or back I don't remember. This man opens the door won't speak to me and says to Josh "Does she still want to do this?" I looked at him and said "Yes". I walk inside and we start doing all the paperwork mean while I am thinking did he call this person to come hook this trailer up? This man starts asking me questions like have you ever pulled a trailer before? I don't know if this is standard but I feel that this none of his business because I am paying for it and the insurance. But I feel he asked it in such a tone like you're a girl do you know how to do this. The next thing that happened made me want to slap this man so hard, I walk out to the gate and he lets Josh and I into the gate. Where is this third party I think to myself? He lets Josh grab the trailer and hook it up. Really?! You treated me like trash until my GUY friend shows up?! Kick rocks!! Oh and then he starts trying to be all macho by telling Josh how to hook up this trailer. Oh brother. This guy needs to be fired.HEATHER C.

This location is listed wrong on the above address and on all my paperwork. The correct address is 3205 E1/2 Road, it is not EAST 1/2 road. The name of the road is pronounced "eee one-half road". The young man who took care of me and the lady working with him inside were quite kind and knowledgeable, and helped us to find their location by phone. I cannot say enough about the fine service these folks afforded us when we turned our truck over to them.Gerald S.

I reserved the trailer online, the website charged my account for almost $100 in extra moving materials eine though I unchecked all the boxes. They were supposed to be delivered to the location is picked up the trailer. Problem #1 my account has been depleted and it may not be back in my account for 3 days... This leaves me stranded with no gas to get back and forth to work! Problem # 2 why didn't the website automatically deny the shipment if I picked up the trailer within an hour of ordering it? Problem # 3 why do I have to go in and un-check all the boxes for extra moving equipment? I should be able to just check the trailer as I did and not have to go through the whole system in and un-check everything.... to me it's kind of like a scam but now there's extra steps to get my money back because I never received any of the other stuff due to the fact that I ordered the trailer an hour before I picked up the trailer!!!Dana S.
