I rented 2 trucks . Only 1 was at the location I set up with a MONTH in advance. Day of pick up , location had 1 truck. Was told the next 1 was right up the street. No luck at that location, now I’m sent to a 3rd location. Very frustrating considering I set this up so far in advance. Not to mention I have people on my clock getting paid while I run around trying to find truck #2.

Steven WNothing. The gentleman who waited on me was extremely helpful and had an excellent attitude. In the past, whenever I have rented from Uhaul, I have been waited on by someone who seemed angry to be at work. This gentleman was cordial and very helpful. I told him how much I appreciated that.
