Location was located along the railroad track while Apple maps takes you to the location in a parking lot not accessible to the U-Haul lot
Mark HThe staff member was great. The uhaul truck however was not. The driver’s seat was taped together and when you sat in it you stuck to the tape. Even a seat cover would have made it more comfortable.

SCOTT WNot sure why the employee had to lock the door and let us in. Little bit sketchy. I not sure 8fnit was a bad part of the neighborhood but when we returned the truck there were cops next door. So just like the person in the store who had the door locked, might be a good reason to look for a different uhaul location.

TRACEY YThe employee was very helpful, much more than the 5 or 6 other locations I had to deal with. Dealing with U-Haul was a big pain and confusing. Even dropping off my rentals proved to be a hassle!! Customers shouldn’t have to call and ask for verbal and email verification form the return location because U-Haul can’t do it.
Richard RThe rear door was extremely hard to pull open once unlatched and the latch was very difficult to close and lock. I have used this type of truck many times and never encountered a door and latch so difficult to open.

ROBERTO IPlease make sure the employee is there on time at the office. I’ve waited 30+ minutes for someone to open the office for me to pick up my keys. This was cutting into my check in time as well. No discount was offered or anything.

ROBERTO IMaybe have a QR code on door with instructions for people to download app if no one is there. I helped a young couple who was going to leave bec they didn't know what to do. I don't either. The lady inside said she wasn't suppose to be working and told me to download app to get a truck. If she didn't tell me that, I would have been clueless.

Mark HIt is easy to find using Google or Apple map navigation. Clean organized and staff was very helpful in explaining the process once there. I prefer to talk to someone versus only using apps.

I have NEVER received such exemplary customer service from a Uhaul customer representative as I did from Ali!!! I am presently contacting " Head Hunters" that I am professionally connected to, to introduce "Ali," to the professionals that seek out such talented customer service representatives as " Ali," represents!!! Uhaul needs to " Clone," "Ali," & install her @ ALL LOCATIONS!

Molly TI signed up to pick up the truck on the 24/7 program because I needed to pick up before the store's open hours. I got there and did the self check in, but once I had entered my payment information, the system stopped working. The next step was supposed to be for me to receive a choice to a lock box for the keys. The truck was actually sitting there unlocked - we just had no information about where our how to get the keys. Side note - the truck had also not been cleaned - it had dirty and laces in the back, and someone had spoiled something that was a turquoise- green colored liquid across the entire area where the cup holders were. It had dried and crystallized into all of the cracks and crevices, and they had also left behind a folded up sun blocker for the wind shield. After multiple re-tries on the app to get the keys, I called the customer service line - she was no help whatsoever. Basically, I was told I could try another U-Haul location, or wait for this one to open. By this time, we had been here almost an hour, and the store was only 30 minutes from opening... it would have been the same time if we tried somewhere new, so we stayed and waited... meanwhile, I now had multiple people who had showed up at my house to help pack and load the truck, but no me to let them in the house, and no truck. When the guy showed up to open the store, he now had several people waiting to be helped, but none of them with an early reservation like mine. Some rude lady had arrived after us, but stood up at the front door to be first in, even though she saw us there trying to get into the truck and spoke to us about it. We had been there for over an hour, but she still got in first. Once he was done helping her, I let him know about our Ayutthaya and that we were running extremely late. He didn't really have anything to say - not even "I'm sorry"... he just looked up my reservation, went straight to a lock box on the wall, opened it, and handed me the key, then went back inside. There was no check in process, no review of the truck condition or its functions, no paperwork or guidelines given to me at all. The truck worked fine... it was just dirty. I had reserved a one way rental, so on the other end, I was to utilize the app to return the truck as well. I've done that before with no problem, but once again, for this trip, there was to be no mercy! The self check system would not work...I was not able to complete the process to submit pictures or proof of the had level and condition or location of the truck. Now, In just paying they have not charged me for any cleaning or anything! Worst experience ever, though!
Jeni WWonderful service - prompt help and friendliness. I had purchased the SafeDrive addition for additional protection and it wasn't communicated to me that I had to start the protection before leaving the premises with the truck, but that's more advisory than anything.

Jennifer HKey drop off was quite the issue. They have combination locks on their drop off box, but I was not given the code. Added another hour and a half to my long day. This probably falls more to U-Haul's responsibility than the location though.
Desiree PWe needed to rent a trailer last minute during extreme winter weather and this location had exactly what we needed. Julie was incredibly helpful over the phone. Will definitely use this location again!
